We are married for 4 years. We both are healthy, We had done treatment for my wife broad ligament fibroid in March 2016 After discharge we were advice for 6 month rest for pregnancy, we just come to know that my wife Right Tube is blocked, it was not informed by doctor at the time of discharge and even we made many visit to hospital after that but nothing has been told to us, Doctor told that both tube are ok. In discharge summary it was written Left Tube Spill + and RT Tube spill not seen. What does it mean? We’ve been trying for pregnancy since last 4 month but we are not getting any success, we consulted other gynecologist too, we did all the test including T3/T4/TSH, Rubella Igg, Semen Analysis, all are normal, Doctor had given Mychiro & Metformin and same my wife is taking since last 2 month, her last 4 LMP was on 22 Oct/22 Nov/22 Dec and 2 Feb’17 but in march as of now it is not come. What shall we do? Are the above described medicine is ok, her LMP Is late due to these medicine. Last month we did Hysterosalphingography but it was not successful due to back flow of dye. Now we are hopeless she also lose her weight from 73 to 69 kg in last two month by walking, exercise,dieting, avoid eating outside ,we contacted every alternate days after her LMP for D10 to D18, Now Social pressure/mental pressure are also taken place, my Parents are ringing the bells of every Temple, now the situation is as per Indian custom some Puja/path is going on. please advice how to get successful for Pregnancy? Hoping to have a view of yours on concern's, kindly come across to the same. Seeking positive reply from your end.

Hi, According to the HSG report, there is no RT and LT spillage seen. This confirms tubal blocks. During previous month's HSG, back flow of the dye was noticed. Again it confirms tubal blocks. Due to this bilateral tubal blocks, chances of conception is difficult. It is better to consult a good gynaecologist for further treatment. If you are ready for IVF, it may be a better option.

Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

Sir good morning. I have suffered from throatening problem this is not a painful but feeling like sour. Dear Ms. Lybrate-user ji, first of all, you are over weight as per bmi index (ratio of height and weight). Just stop eating junk/fast food, reduce your weight first then do some yoga/exercise in the morning, some sports activity in the evening. Slowing you will get more fitness.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

Poor Sleep and Your Digestive Health

DigestiveHealth_newRecent research suggests that people who sleep poorly are at a greater risk of severe poor health.

Poor sleep can trigger inflammation in your body including your digestive system. A study published in the Nutrition in Clinic Practice reported that inflammation is linked to major degenerative diseases.

A study published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology reported that poor sleep was associated with inflammation of the digestive tract in individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Poor sleeping habits was found to play a role in the seriousness of the disease.

Another study publised in the Digestive Disease and Sciences Journal found that Irritable Bowel Sydrome (IBS) symptoms was linked to a disturbance in sleep.

How much Sleep Do You Really Need?

The amount of sleep you need varies from person to person. A study published in the Sleep Health Journal recommends the following sleep duration:

Newborns should sleep between 14 and 17 hours.
infants should sleep between 12 and 15 hours.
toddlers should sleep between 11 and 14 hours.
Preschoolers should sleep between 10 and 13 hours,
School-aged children should sleep between 9 and 11. hours.
Teenagers should sleep between 8 to 10 hours.
Young adult and adults should sleep between 7 to 9 hours.
Older adults (65 years and above) should sleep between 7 to 8 hours.
Tips to Improve Your Sleep

It is important to consider sleep as a priority. Here are 5 tips to improve your sleep:

Practice going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, this will go a long way in restoring your natural sleep rhythm.
Make sure you have your last meal 3 hours before you go to bed
Ensure there is complete darkness in your room.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bedtime
Get rid of all anxiety and worry don’t take it to bed with you.

For weight loss eat within the first hour of rising eat 4 main balanced meals a day and a small snack every 2 hours in between these (click here) exercise after a small light snack eat main meals after the workout hydrate yourself well, 1 glass of water every hour keep daily oil consumption to 10% of total calorie intake, i. E. On an average 3-4tsp a day all oils ate 100% fat, having the same calories. Even olive oil avoid refined sugar in beverages like tea, coffee, lassi, fresh lime. This is addition of empty calories on a daily basis stay away from artificial sweetner too. They are" artificial" thus the lesser the better. Say no fruits juices, smoothies or milkshakes eat the fruits instead healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a" diet" imbibe it.

There is a chart available in all hospitals , follow it to know if you are overweight or in the normal range. regarding your second query , at 23 you feel pain in the 'heart' . get checked for heart disease if you want to but remember all pain on chest are not related to heart.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. *Healthy breakfast, plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga nand exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. *Revert after 1 month.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Chronic hypertensive patient. Taking amlodipine and a beta blocker along with it. Besides I take a multivitamin tablet each day. I have a regular toothache and nocturnal cramps. Besides one of my molars came out while eating. Sometimes while waking up in the morning, I feel chest tightness. Please advise regarding my medication if so or kindly suggest me the remedies.?

Maintain proper oral hygiene brush your teeth regularly two times. Get checked for periodontal disease this can loose your teeth. Scaling is another option for plaque removal. Go to a periodontist. As you are a chronic hypertensive patient you need a regular screening of total lipids profile and other tests. Also. Consult a good physician and cardiologist.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietitian) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of flaxseed powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

Always. Secondly, drink at least 3 litres water daily thirdly, make a face pack using chandan powder (2tsp)+multani mitti powder (1 tsp)+ haldi (1pinch)+ neem powder (1 pinch)+ rose water + 3-4 drops lemon juice. Apply on face and keep till it's dry. Then wash with water. Use a mild face wash to clean face. Eat lots of juicy fruits like oranges, apples avoid junk food, fried food and spicy food totally. Avoid tea/coffee as much as you can. Do deep breathing/pranayam daily fir 15 min.

First of all, avoid friction. Do not rest your elbows on surfaces. Avoid scrubbing elbows, knees. Do not use tight clothing. Do not use perfumes, deos and roll ons over the neck. You can use an antiperspirant powder. You can use a homeremedy of sugar, honey and lemon juice over the dark areas for fifteen minutes and wash it off.
