I have a lot of stress because of my job related issues. I am very depressed so what should I do to avoid my depression.
Take charge of your situation. To the extent that this is possible, set and re-set priorities. Take care of important and difficult tasks first. Organize your time. You can be more effective. 2. Be realistic about what you can change. Don't set yourself up for frustration and failure. Set realistic and attainable goals. Do what's possible. Accept the rest. Now you're ready to carry on. 3. Take one task at a time. Divide each large project into smaller, manageable tasks. Make a list of everything, which needs to be done, and the approximate time for finishing each task. Prioritize the tasks. Complete the first task then go on to the next one. Keep the tasks small until you are feeling a sense of accomplishment and control. 4. Be honest with colleagues. This includes the boss. Make it plain you feel in a bind. Chances are others are feeling the same. Don't just complain. Be constructive and make practical suggestions for improvement. 5 slow down. Learn to say" no. Drop activities that are not crucial 6. Recognize danger signs of job stress. Learn the symptoms of job stress and take action as soon as they appear to be getting out of hand. 7. Take care of your physical health. Good physical health increases your stress tolerance. Eat and sleep sensibly. Get plenty of exercise. Cut down or eliminate alcohol, tobacco and drugs, which alter our regular body rhythms and sleep 8. Learn to relax. Find a safety valve, whether it is a sport, hobby, music, reading or just walking. Use it to create a" bridge" between work and home life. 9. Don't neglect your private life. Work out a schedule, which allows you to do justice to both work and personal life. Stick to it. 10. Consider changing or quitting your job. It's a last resort, but still an option to you. If finances will not allow you to consider this, you might choose to concentrate on your personal life. If home life is more productive, more stimulating and more fun, it can take some of the sting out of an unhappy work situation. Seeking professional help is just one more method of coping. Knowing when you need professional help is a sign of strength and self-knowledge, not a weakness. Almost all of us have, at some time, felt depressed over such stressful life events as job loss, illness, or a death in the family. This depression may temporarily affect concentration and performance at work. The situation may be serious if depression persists for more than two weeks.

" hi lybrate-user! firstly, these gadgets do not work. Period. As far as your diet is concerned its fine. For abs, try crunches and planking for at least 6-8 months. Go out for 3-5k runs at leat 3-4 days/week. You'll have what you desire.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

You should *take luke warm water only * take daal chawal, mung chaval only * use cow ghee & milk in diet, avoid curd * take dry black grapes 25, after meal 2 hour * avoid day sleep * start mahasudarshana kadha of sandu company, 3 tsp before meal * start tab sanshamani vati 2 2 2 before meal 1 hour.

Wash face alovera face wash dry than apply keshar cream milk rnorning end night (cream mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) change food habites. Add in your daily foods vitamines, minurales, proteins, milk end milk products. Avoid oil, ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods.

If pain disappears in 5 seconds, it does not look like a heart pain, you can ignore it if there are no other associated symptoms.

All of us have dealt with Acne at some point of time and especially at time when we needed it the least. Remember, the day before the presentation or your best friend's wedding. In order to get rid of acne, one needs to have clear skin as fast as possible. There are both natural methods as well as medicated methods using medicine and chemicals to treat it. 

Once one has acne, one must keep their hair and hands away from acne, as the touching of acne will take the germs to the other exposed parts. Since acne is caused by oil and bacteria one must use an oil-free face wash which contains salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is anti-bacterial and helps removing away dead skin cells that can clog your pores.

  1. One should use hand held facial brush to decrease the skin leaving behind less oil and bacteria and thus, cleaning the clogged skin pores. Usage of oil-free foundation containing salicylic acid prevents base makeup from contributing to new pimples. 
  2. When new pimples pop up, one must treat it with anti-inflammatory ingredient that blasts blemishes. If one has a bright red blemish, then one must use a hydrocortisone cream which helps relieve redness and inflammation.
  3. One can also reduce the swelling by holding an ice pack against the trouble spot and then use the hydrocortisone cream.
  4. One must not pick one's face in case of acne, as it will only result in a scar. If one already have a blemish wound, one must apply a hydroquinone-based cream to the area to help lighten the spot. 
  5. Lemon juice is a natural astringent, which when applied directly on the acne, kills off the bacteria clogging the pores. It also has natural lightening powers that reduces the redness of acne.
  6. Tea tree oil reduces skin irritation and acne. One can coat the acne with some tea tree oil after washing the face twice daily for the best results.
  7. One must avoid milk, chocolates, sweets, desserts, cakes, fat and oil to prevent acne.
  8. The egg white help to get rid of acne fast and overnight. One should apply the egg white and apply to the acne before bedtime and leave it overnight. On washing the face with water next morning, one can see that acne has dried up. 
  9. One can remove acne by putting little honey and leaving it overnight. Honey kills skin bacteria and makes the skin glow.
  10. Baking Soda is the most powerful method to get rid of acne. One should make a paste of a teaspoon of baking soda with water and put it on the acne. On washing the face after three hours, one can see that acne has dried up.

So, the next time when the acne pops up just before the occasion, just use any of these methods and get rid of acne in a jiffy. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.
