You must get checked for lungs and hearts as both form one unit, breathless can be due to heat / lungs. Do not ignore the symptoms, may be it is a warning and I do not have a home remedy, except I can advice and remind to take heart medicines on time and be careful about diet, avoid smoke and pollution.

I've been experiencing pelvic pain for nearly 3 months now. It started as what I thought was a standard UTI and was treated for such. The pain persisted so I was then treated for a bacterial infection. That was before the holidays.

First of all, your present problems are not due to your practice of pornography and masturbation in past. Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation at your age is commonly due to stress, anxiety and vitamin defficiences. This is completely treatable with medications, counseling and a healthy diet schedule. Do not worry. Masturbation, erectile dysfunctions or even premature ejaculation do not prevent you from having a baby in future. Thickness of fluid in semen is not a marker for sperm count. For a better evaluation get a semen analysis done. Consult online for any further queries and assistance.

hi.. take tab. meftal spas sos for abdomen pain. tab. pan -40 mg before meal for 5 days. avoid heavy meal. avoid spicy foods, fatty foods, oily foods, avoid constipation. take fiber meal, green veg., plenty of water, if not ok checkup usg whole abdomen, urine r/m, lft,kft, cbc, blood sugar,urine r/m. after test consult again.

She can take normal home made food I am giving you a brief diet chart breakfast: never skip breakfast, I am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast + 1 bowl of milk with cereal or a bowl oats/porridge or parathas/upma/poha mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts or fruit juice lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad evening snack: vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / night dinner: same as lunch can avoid rice.

Hell lybrate user- this might be due to following reasons so try to avoid them- a) sleeping in day time. B) going to bed late (generally after 10 pm). C) lack of hair oiling. D) excessive intake of spicy and fried diet and less intake of sweets. Avoid these reasons and use mahabhringraj hair oil for head massage daily before going to bed, you will get relief quickly.

Dear lybrateuser, -yes you have to take precaution in your dietary habits & do regular exercise as you have a familial history of heart disease -your diet should consist mainly of fibre containing foods, fruits & vegetables including green leafy vegetables, beans, sprouts, whole grains like wholewheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, have low fat milk & milk products, non-veg, fish, chicken, have a handful of mixed nuts- almonds, walnuts, pistachio, peanuts, use olive, canola or safflower oils for cooking -do regular exercises like jogging, cycling, swimming, outdoor games for 20-30 min on most days, also do moderate weight lifting on alternate days, -do meditation & yoga to reduce stress -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs in the night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed -get regular check up of bp, blood sugar, cholesterol, ecg done to detect any problem if it is there & cure it -lead a healthy, stress free lifestyle to prevent disease.

Tips for male sexuality:

Hello, You Can take 1.Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days ( maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day ) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Mr. Lybrate-user, being a vegetarian is by ones own choice. Vegetarian diet also does provide all the necessary nutrients and proteins, when proper food selection is made. Whole grain foods, multiple grains usage, use of pulses in good quantity, use of soy beans and peanuts, chanas, etc. Does give good proteins. Milk and dahi, gives a good variety of proteins. Green leafy vegetables, multicloured vegetables, fruits and berries, dry fruits offer almost all needed nutrients. Vegetarian diet is good, advantageous but if you want to shift to other foods, there is no barrier. It always by choice. Thanks.

To remain healthy and fit, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi). 3. Fats: required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (ldl) and heartproblems (a) major fats sources: egg yolk (yellow portion), avocados, whole milk, butter, cheese, nuts. (b) other fats sources: corn, vegetable/olive oil, biscuits, flaxseeds (san beej). 4. Vitamins and minerals: critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: it helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: a measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2, 000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times in nut-shell, think good, eat good, sleep good andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.

If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days frequent/ continuous cough cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ent problem like dns polyp sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition so you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.
