Hello, You can surely take upto 2 tsp(10gms) per day. You cs nave roasted seeds added to salads, subjis etc or grounded powder added to smoothies, gravies.

u can recheck if u have doubts. sometimes its normal to get delayed periods . if it doesnt come in 5 more days you may need to do UPT again or else if ur nort pregnant, you will have to be given ormonal treatment for 5 days for withdrawl bleeding.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. YOu have to tell your condition .Normal levels are Before puberty: 0 to 4.0 mIU/ml. During puberty: 0.3 to 10.0 mIU/ml. Women who are still menstruating: 4.7 to 21.5 mIU/ml. After menopause: 25.8 to 134.8 mIU/ml.

Hello you need to reduce 3-4 kg only you need to do stretching exercises for reducing belly fat and thigh muscles. Include foods like lemon water, buttermilk, green tea, pudina chutney, cucumbers, kakri, sprouts, watermelon. Have 3 main meals and 2 side meals avoid fried food, carbonated beverages and sweets take chamomile tea before going to bed thank you.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion. Do exercise daily such as running, jogging and Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. *Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *Apply cucumber juice mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation
