Which is better for covering up during a sunny day, light or dark clothes? Also, is there a danger from tanning sprays rather than tanning beds?

Which is better for covering up during a sunny day, light or dark clothes? Also, is there a danger from tanning spray...
It is better to wear light clothes in the sunny days because it reflects most of the sun rays making you feel cooler. The light clothes make you feel comfortable by maintaining air circulation, which helps in absorbing and removing body moisture caused by sweat. --------------------tanning spray is a better option than tanning beds. Frequent use of tanning bed increases the risk of skin cancer, cataracts, suppression of the immune system, premature skin aging etc.

Hi, my wife is 38 years old and have two daughters (11 4 old F/M child). She is having pain in breast nipple point. After consulting the doctor she is taking B-LONG Tab 1 per day. She is thinking that have breast cancer. Can you please advice?

MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Pune
Most common symptom of breat cancer is lump in the breast or the abnormal nipple discharge. The suspicion is high if the discharge is reddish. In those cases sometimes even mass is not felt but still the possibility of the breast cancer is very high. Breast cancer pain appears generally at late stages. The usual cause of nipple pain is small crack in the region which can be treated quite easily. Please consult a surgeon nearby who after examination will answer your questions and take out your fear.

Hello. You had to take proper medicine for removal of scars at that time. No worry it can be cured. You can use home methods:- 1. Use lemon and rose water mixture. Take them in equal quantity and apply on skin with help of cotton. After 15 mins wash with plain water. Apply this mixture only on spots. When you use this method always apply sunscreen daily. 2. Use curd and termeric paste. Take required amount of curd and add a pinch of haldi. Mix it and apply on skin. When it dries up wash with plain water. 3. Tomatoa juice is also good for lightening skin colour. 4. Apply coconut oil twice a day on marks. 5. Avoid using any soap. Use curd for bathing. With these take medicine for complete cure. You can consult me for medicine. With medicine scars can be completely cured. Good luck in life.

Phimosis / Tight Fore skin

Phimosis / Tight Fore skin

Phimosis:

Phimosis or tight fore skin is a condition in which the foreskin of the penis cannot be pulled back past the glans. A balloon-like swelling under the foreskin may occur with urination. In teenagers and adults, it may result in pain during an erection, but is otherwise not painful. Those affected are at greater risk of inflammation of the glans, known as balanitis, and other complications.

In young children, it is normal to not be able to pull back the foreskin. In more than 90% of cases, this inability resolves by the age of seven, and in 90 % of cases by age 16.

Occasionally, phimosis may be caused by an underlying condition such as scarring due to balanitis or balanitis xerotica obliterans. This can typically be diagnosed by seeing scarring of the opening of the foreskin.

For those in whom the condition does not improve further time can be given or a steroid cream and lignocaine gel may be used to attempt to loosen the tight skin.

If this method, combined with stretching exercises, is not effective then other treatments such as circumcision may be recommended.

A potential complication of phimosis is paraphimosis, where the tight foreskin becomes trapped behind the glans.
