How to make my dad health he is tobacco addict. So how to stop him from chewing it. Please help me.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd

Chewing pan is really harmful especially because it is known to cause oral cancer and oral sub mucous fibrosis (SMF). Since it is an oral habit there are many substitutes that can be used to replace the oral stimulation. Of course since it is a stimulant he cannot get the same effect and that is worth the loss to give up this very addictive habit. A dense fibrous tissue is deposited in the sub mucosal layer of the soft palate and cheek, causing disabling symptoms like trismus. It contains betel nuts, tobacco, lime, catechu and permitted spices and flavors. The first four substances damage the sensitive mucosa, causing constant irritation and micro trauma to the mucosa. Chemicals present act as a toxin. The phenol in the betel nut, with its caustic burning effect, destroys the mucosa, causing oral ulcers. The betel nut also contains tannins, which act as astringents, precipitating protein and damaging the mucosa. Altogether, this substance known to be physiologically addictive. He can use replacements like nicotine chewing gum (if he wants the stimulant effect, especially in the beginning) or ordinary chewing gum, hard candy and any other orally satiating substance, especially when the urge is very strong. He would have got conditioned to the habit to different times of the day and different situations. He must particularly avoid those occasions and occupy himself with something else attractive. He should get into regular exercise, eat healthily, and get a good night’s rest every day. Visit a dentist and clean up his teeth and gums to wipe out all the reminders and damages of the habit. He may also get a thorough oral check up and treatment for any damages incurred. If he is unable to give it up on his own, he needs to be admitted into a rehabilitation center nearby until he is completely out of it. They will have him deal with all other issues also. Even after he comes out of the center, he must continue therapy and attend Smokers Anonymous meetings regularly.

Adding Spice to Sex Life- G Shot

Adding Spice to Sex Life- G Shot
Adding spice to sex life- g shot

The ultimate pleasure one gets from sex is by experiecing orgasm or climax many women do not feel orgasm by peno vaginal sex because when they are aroused, there is swelling of labia and clitoris. The clitoris moves behind the labia during arousal so that penis can't rub against it during trusting movements. For women seeking ultimate pleasure, this is frustrating and can lead to perception of inadequacy in both men and women
This can be improved in many cases by appropriate sex positions, your technique to stimulate your partner but still many times it is inadequate

These can be helped by surgical procedures like vaginoplasty (tighten the vagina! and g shot. G shot is opd procedure, no hospital addmission is needed and sex can be resumed after 2 weeks the g spot becomes more prominent, making sure you get adequate penile stimulation during sexual activity cost is affordable results are very very good

What are the symptoms of dengue. How to control it. What precautions should be taken.

What are the symptoms of dengue. How to control it. What precautions should be taken.
Hi, dengue fever, also known as breakbone fever, is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles. In a small proportion of cases, the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and blood plasma leakage, or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs. Dengue is transmitted by several species of mosquito within the genus aedes, principally a. Aegypti. The virus has five different types; infection with one type usually gives lifelong immunity to that type, but only short-term immunity to the others. Prevention: there is no vaccine to prevent dengue fever except in homoeopathy. Take eupatorium perf. 200/ twice daily for 1 week as a preventive to all the family members. The best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes, particularly if you are living in or traveling to a tropical area. This involves protecting yourself and making efforts to keep the mosquito population down. To protect yourself: stay away from heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. When indoors, use air conditioning if available. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets. If you have symptoms of dengue, speak to your doctor. To reduce the mosquito population, get rid of places where mosquitoes can breed. These include old tires, cans, or flower pots that collect rain. Regularly change the water in outdoor bird baths and pets' water dishes.
