No oil cooking campaign

Restaurant style mushroom veggie momos. A no oil recipe.

A famous tibetan street food steamed delicacy.

As I am into no oil food campaign for a healthy you. I have come up with this unique recipe which can be cherished by all age groups and family members irrespective of the health complaints.

I fusioned and made it a little more healthy by adding wheat germ to the dough and excluding oil usage completely.

It is always good to have one meal of the day completely without oil especially after 40 plus.

It's a rare combination of healthy, tasty and light on stomach meal combo.

It's very easy, but have to follow certain tips while preparing, do not expose the dough to air as the moisture goes off.

Stuffing can either be veg or nonveg, steamed fish, steamed chicken or mutton kneema, minced prawns, fish eggs, egg scramble, crab meat, finely chopped baby corn, shredded paneer, tofu, list is endless, but make sure your stuffing does not contain mush moisture as it can make the dough moist and mushy with which the momo may shakeout and filling doesn't stay intact.

Reserve some stuffing to make a sauce which will be an accompaniment for the momos.

Rest the dough at least for 30 minutes.

Stay fit. Be healthy. Enjoy tasty food and satisfy your psyche.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Side affects of Lasering for unwanted hair .and what is the price of that treatment?

Hello, there are different types of laser therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions. And later in few cases, maintenance sittings are also needed in future. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. YOu can do natural and home remedy for acne and Rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together until they are thoroughly blended and have formed a sort of paste. Apply the mask to your face (or spot treat) and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off completely, and pat your face dry.

I am diabetes2 patient since last 26 year. At present my blood sugar fasting & P. P. Are 89 & 137 mg/dl & HbA1C is 4.8%, taking glimepiride1 mg od half hour before lunch & Metformin SR 1 gm od after lunch since last 34 months. I am suffering some side effects due to metformin such as excessive gas formation whole day, indication, heavy constipation, rashes & itchiness on back skin, weakness, dizziness & weightless. Hence to minimise above side effects I want to replace any other equivalent medicine in place of Metformin SR, which should be also suitable to me ie a heart's patient whose hearts bare metal standing was done on dt 29-8-13 for which I am taking Ecosprin 75 mg od daily, Atorvastatin10 mg od & Ramipril2.5 mg od on alternate days. Hence please suggest such medicine with potency which have less side effects in place of Metformin SR 1000 mg od. Thanks.

Your fasting and pp level are normal. However your hba1c is on a lower side. Did you had a low sugar (less than 70mg/dl) in last 3 months. If yes than your medication needs to be changed as low sugar in a heart patient is dangerous. I will advised you to check your sugar before breakfast, before lunch, before dinner, 2 hours after breakfast, 2 hours after lunch, 2 hours after dinner and at 3 am. Whenever you feel dizziness, hunger, sweating or palpitation than check your blood sugar at that time.

Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness.
