Left Overy shows cyst of size 3.4×3.5 cm with free fluid in pod? Pid I'm working person. I can't be able to go daily office What will I do. I must be to bed rest or what should I do please ans me.

For pain you can take meftal spas and rantac. Cyst is not causing any problem you r suffering. Menses will be late if you develop cyst in the ovary which will resolve on its own without any treatment.

Dr. I m feeling very drowsy or energyless very early I m working out daily and cut down my food intake to3 chapatis n a bowl of cereals n oats also a glass of milk. Pls suggest mi something so that I can feel energetic throughout day.

If your workout is high then you need to increase your cereals intake not decrease it. Because cereals are the main source of energy. Apart these, you have to take pulses and pulses products, some fruits, milk, little amount of fat like ghee, butter, khoa. To feel refreshed, eat fruit salads, veg salad and sprout salad and also use 1 cup of green tea.

I have black spots&pimples on my face, I have used the ointment for one month but no result is found, now what I do.

My mother is 70 years old. She his having fungal infection in between the two small figures. From last two months she is taking the anti fungal medicine. However there is no relief. Doctor have suggested that by surgery the skin can be removed. Which doctors are taking these type of surgeries.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your sides with a pillow between your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.

What should be the diet for a glowing and healthy skin. And what should be the diet for no acidity.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet (for glowing skin): -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Diet (for acidity): As long as you are consuming a healthy, nutritious diet, you can be assured that your body?s pH levels are within limits. However, this can be a problem for people who are not used to eating healthy and are used to ingesting large quantities of food with a predominantly acid content. Such individuals need to clearly identify the foods that are acidic in nature and restrict their consumption. Here is a list of foods that are acidic in nature followed by a list of foods that are alkaline in nature. Practically it is not possible, nor healthy, to consume just alkaline foods. However, if you do suffer from high levels of acid in your blood, you should make an effort to ensure that most of your food choices come from the list of alkaline foods. Acidic Foods to Avoid Meat. All forms of animal protein are acidic in nature. Most American diets involve large helpings of meat, and this is one of the reasons for the burgeoning obesity and ill health. Try to gradually cut down on your consumption of meat. To make up for the protein deficit, you should look to vegetable sources of protein that are alkaline in nature. Dairy Products. Dairy products such as butter, processed cheese, and ice cream are also acidic in nature. To get your daily intake of calcium, it is a good idea to opt for a chilled glass of skim milk instead. Vegetables. Vegetables such as legumes and beans are also acidic in nature. Lentils, corns, winter squash and olives also increase the acidity of the blood. Grains. Many of the whole grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and oatmeal are also acidic in nature. However, the nutritional benefits of consuming whole grains far outweigh the effect that they have on blood acidity Fruit. Most berries, plums, prunes, and currants are also acidic in nature and should be avoided if your body?s acid levels are high. Beverages. Beverages such as beer, coffee, and sodas are also acidic in nature. Alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol and tobacco are not only bad for you, but they also increase the acidity levels of the body and should be avoided. Miscellaneous. Some other acidic foods to avoid include sugar, mustard, vinegar, sunflower oil, olive oil, sesame oil, canola oil, and peanut butter. Alkaline Foods Protein Sources. As all animal sources of protein are acidic in nature, it is important to seek vegetarian protein sources that are alkaline in nature. Some of the best vegetarian sources of alkaline protein include tofu, whey protein, millets, almonds, and chestnuts. Vegetables. Other vegetables that are alkaline in nature include alfalfa, beet, broccoli, carrots, cabbages, celery, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, peas, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pumpkins, spinach, tomatoes, and wheat grass. Fruits. Most fruit are alkaline in nature, except for the fruits mentioned in the list above. Do note that even citrus fruits have an alkaline effect on the body. Miscellaneous. Other alkaline food sources include stevia (a sugar substitute), fresh juices, water, spices, herbs, and ginger. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.

Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5. Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time.

It could be accumulation of dirt, dust, pollutants etc. It could be allergy or drug reaction. If it's not reaction of drug or allergy, try to clean the skin by scrubbing and herbal mild skin cosmetics of renowned brand. Take oral'raktashodhak' medicines and leafy greens to the max. Revert after a month.
