For last 2 years, my hairs are falling day by day. And now my hair become very short and thin. I am very tensed about this problem. Please help me to overcome this problem.

Protein - Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as Americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the Korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.

As you are suffering for pcod, in which there is excessive hormone build up in your body which is responsible for the hair growth or hirsutism. It can be controlled with lifestyle modifications and medicines. Mainstay of your treatment is krimson-35 for 6-12 months will stop growth of new hairs on your body. Those who are already formed, you should get it removed at the dermatologist. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are best options, but expensive and may require multiple settings. Electrolysis uses an electric current applied to each hair follicle to destroy its root. Laser hair removal involves shooting a laser beam at each hair follicle to destroy its root. Shaving, bleaching, plucking, waxing, and using depilatories (creams that dissolve hair) are some of the more common ways of removing or hiding unwanted hair.

Hi, I have pimples from last 3 year. I consulted doctor they give me isotroin 20 for 6 months and Doxy 1 Dr. Fort but still coming pimples. Please help me.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Dear user. PENILE ITCHING could be due to many factors. Men who are uncircumcised (who have the foreskin remaining around the penis) are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections. Penile itch is not an emergency, but it may be a sign of a disease that can be transmitted to others. Please consult a doctor for physical investigation which is essential for diagnosis. Take care.

I m 25 year old suffering from hair fall and dandruff can see hair fall when I am applying oil and shampoo.

BHMS

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey.
