Hello. I am 19 Years Old Boy. Actually I Have Suffered From Wisdom Teeth Pain 15 Days Ago. Then, I Got Mouth Ulcers.
Wisdom teeth come between the age of 18 to 25 yrs. Because of the pain, you could not have proper diet which might have caused a nutritional deficiency leading to oral ulcers. Have a good balanced diet specially green veggies and fruits and maintain a good oral hygiene. Keep smiling.

Braces are the best way because your natural teeth get aligned. Teeth alignment correction without braces (CLEAR ALIGNERS) may also need extraction because of lack of space to push teeth inward If you do not want extraction, you can go for root canal treatment followed by crowns (teeth can be cut to reduce the protrusion)

I am using tobacco from few day. At night time if I won't wash my teeth and sleep does it effect my health.

BDS
Dentist, Vadodara
I am using tobacco from few day. At night time if I won't wash my teeth and sleep does it effect my health.
when you don't brush at night, foods accumulation on the teeth causes plaque. This will lead to gum infection and tooth decay. in addition to this tobacco causes infection in whole mouth, ulcers, bad breath, leading ultimately to cancer. so quit tobacco immediately. brush twice daily. use a mouthwash twice daily after brushing. eat balanced and healthy diet. maintain proper oral hygiene.

Basically U may be suffering from tooth malformation in which your enamel has not formed properly. In such case brushing regularly and having a balanced diet will help. Also get a fluoride treatment done. This may help in reducing the cavity formation. Also if there is lot of tooth destruction go for crowns.

6 Effective Basics That Beat BAD Breath

6 Effective Basics That Beat BAD Breath
Basics That Beat Bad Breath

Bad breath is embarrassing. It inconveniences you and everyone around you. It affects your life in more ways than you might be aware of. It is crucial that you give due care to your oral health well in time to save difficult procedures and unbearable decay in time. Here are a few ways how you can do that:

1. Brushing Twice: This is the first and the most important. The reasons of odour in the mouth are mainly gum disease, tooth decay, and cavities. You should brush your teeth twice, once right after you wake up and just before you go to bed.

2. Tongue Cleaning and Flossing: It’s not just brushing, you need to clean your tongue too. This is the area where harmful bacteria are present. To avoid odour and mouth diseases, ensure that you have a tongue cleaner and that you clean your tongue every time you brush your teeth. Also remove the in-betweens of the teeth with a flossing thread. It ensures complete deposit free oral hygiene.

3. No to Mints: Avoid using mints and gums to disguise the odour in your breath. They are temporary disguises and do more harm than good. They have sugar which stays back in your mouth and spoils your oral health, drastically. If you have to choose ones which are free of sugar.

4. Drink Ample Water: If your mouth is dry, it is a bad sign. Saliva has the important enzymes which help kill bacteria. If your mouth is dry, bacteria are increasing. So, drink water. Ensure you drink at least eight glasses of water in a day.

5. Rinse After Every Meal: Always wash the insides of your mouth well, after eating anything, esp. chocolates and other sugary foods. A good swirl with water inside your mouth will get rid of the food lodged in corners.

6. Pick The Right Fruits: Certain fruits and vegetables are very good for oral health. Juicy and crunchy Vitamin C rich fruits like bell peppers, broccoli, berries and apple have a cleansing effect on your teeth.

There is a black stuff sticked on the surface line of the teeth which has cap. How to get rid of it naturally?

There is a black stuff sticked on the surface line of the teeth which has cap. How to get rid of it naturally?
The “blue” or often times “grey” appearance of a stain under or at the edge of a crown usually indicates microleakage or bacteria/decay that has seeped under the edges of the crown. You really should have it replaced before it extends further underneath the crown. If there was a root canal on that tooth, the discoloration along the gum could be the root discoloration from an old root canal which is absolutely normal. The discoloration can also be due to the metal showing through the crown if your dentist made you a porcelain fused to metal crown. If so, I would recommend you replacing it with an all porcelain crown.

I often suffer from severe toothache. What should I do to get quick relief from it?

I often suffer from severe toothache. What should I do to get quick relief from it?
A pain killer may give you relief but my advice is to avoid self medications plus the relief will be temporary better to get the required treatment done so that you never need any painkillers for teeth.

Why You Have Sensitive Teeth:
Acidic Foods
The consumption of too many acidic foods erodes the enamel on your teeth

Teeth Grinding
grinding of the teeth also destroys the natural structure of your teeth. Over time, your teeth might become sensitive.

Gum Recession
The roots of your teeth are nicely protected by gum tissue, but when the gums recede the root becomes exposed thus causing sensitive teeth.

Recent Dental Work
Short term tooth sensitivity can also be caused by recent dental work. You should not worry, because this is only a temporary side effect and sensitivity will go away in a few weeks.

Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
