If you have localised backache with no neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias, weakness etc and there are no systemic and other associated symptoms; the I can advise you: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings normally patients with mechanical back pain respond quite well to conservative form of management within 2-3 weeks, if your pain is not decreasing, then you may need to get in touch with me as I will require certain investigations. Firstly you have to do physiotherapeutic exercises for your knees. When your thigh muscles are stronger you may not need drugs at all. If your pain is still severe you may take some pain killers and do the exercises regularly to come out of pain.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.
