Get your calcium and vitamin d checked. Add dairy products and leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits in your diet. Make daily routine of exercise.

Where you have pain and swelling? Why don't you ask your doctor who has declared you ok, that why you are having pain and swelling? Please go back to your doctor and ask why that swelling and pain. Then come back with detail report.

How is your sugar control? have you checked hba1c level? joint pains may not be a direct consequence of diabetes. If sugar control is very good then better consult an orthopedic doctor. If control is bad first get the sugar in control and then try other treatment.

Back pain can result from bad posture, a sudden jerky movement, a lumpy mattress or poor lifting techniques. It can also be caused by injury in a work place, by a sports accident or by muscular spasms. It often occurs during pregnancy or, because of decreased flexibility, as people get older. There are also many diseases and pathological conditions that can lead to back pain. These include abdominal or pelvic disease, anxiety, arthritis, cervical or lumbar spondylosis, dermatological problems, kidney disease, rheumatic conditions, tumours and scoliosis. Our modern, sedentary lifestyles have a profound effect on the development of back pain; indeed one of the most effective ways of preventing it is simply to stay active. Top tips for back care: For back pain, better to see your Doctor sooner than later. Take regular exercise – your Doctor can say what’s right for you. Hours in one position can cause problems – avoid computer ‘hump’. During repetitive tasks, vary your rhythm and take frequent breaks. Adjust car seats and on long journeys, take regular breaks to stretch. Pace yourself with heavy work such as gardening – don’t risk a disc! Watch children’s posture – they shouldn’t carry bags on one shoulder or spend too long at a computer without breaks. Avoid strain when lifting, particularly small children and shopping. Your bed could be part of the problem. Seek Doctor advice on choosing a new one. Take a hot bath or shower, soaking in a hot tub, or using a heating pad, hot water bottle, or heat wrap that provides continuous, low-level heat are all ways to bring healing warmth to your lower back.

Take rest for few days. Then build up your stamina gradually. You may sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Low back pain associated with leg pain is sign of some involvement of nerve root involvement commonly known as sciatica. Pain can be associated with tingling sensation in limbs at young age pain mostly gets relieved with medicines and exercises. Wear knee support, use stick while walking. Take 15 sessions of S.W.D followed by strengthening exercise of knee, consult physiotherapist for same. Also do check calcium, vit.d and uric acid.
