I have red eyes and stomach pain or some other problems so what can I do please tell me because so so pain.
Eye redness is most often due to swollen or dilated blood vessels. This makes the surface of the eye look red. There are many causes of a red eye or eyes like infection, allergy. Foreign body in eyes. Some are medical emergencies and some are a cause for concern, but not an emergency. Others are nothing to worry about. Consult your local eye specilist to see what is the cause.

While meditating why I have to yawn and I got water from my eyes more in right eye.

FICO, DNB Ophtalmology
Ophthalmologist, Gandhinagar
While meditating why I have to yawn and I got water from my eyes more in right eye.
Yawning is usually caused due to imbalance between the carbon di oxide and oxygen. While meditating, it may so happen that there may be a disruption in the balance of the two. This would cause yawning. Now when you yawn, there may be simultaneous reflex regurgitation of the tears from the nasolacrimal duct or sac (the portion of the eye which is responsible for draining of tears). This would naturally cause water to come out from the eyes. Thus, it is a totally normal phenomenon. I would advice you not to worry in this regard. Take care.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy regarding dryness. Blink a lot. Cold compresses and lubricating eyedrop.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids.

Hello sir. My name is shilpa. My number of eyes is 9. please suggest whether lasik operation is best or ICL operation. please send your answer in detail.

Hello sir. My name is shilpa. My number of eyes is 9. please suggest whether lasik operation is best or ICL operation...
Yes lasik is capable of removing these numbers but if cornea is thin it is not possible. Thin cornea can give way called keratectasia a very dangerous situation. Icl give good stability if done in utmost conditions. So for high types icl for moderate myopia with fairly thick cornea go for lasik.
