When I concentrate to read something I get onside headache with ear pain I get this every time.
If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Regular poster active work is all that required. Yoga and gym is for those who always sit on chair and use brain for 10-14 hrs a day. Food should be normal cereals based, home cooked fast food as regular habbit is again bed idea.

Take four glass water without brushing your teeth after sitting on floor or bed with a gap of five to ten minutes daily. After that 45 minutes nothing else to take. Please use -- Natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - Including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Also take a dose of Acid Phos 1M/single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Avoid watching porn. Drinking excess of anything is bad for health. For reduction of fat follow the below: Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Don't drink before and with meals. Fungal skin & nail problems are recurrent. Try avoiding repeated wetting of your feet and nails. Keep your foot clean and wear hygienic & well fitting shoes. You might have to take few medications & ointments for a longer period. Be healthy.

I have like allergic reaction type in my mucosa of my mouth, it became thick in a bout two days, while using hot drinks I have alot of pain and burns. What should I do?

Dear lybrate user, the mucosa of our mouth is very delicate and sometimes it's unable to tolerate the extreme temperature changes so please avoid taking extremely hot beverages or food. Even very cold drinks or biting on ice cubes is not advisable. Drink plenty of water. Also, consult your dentist for any other underlying problem.

My grandfather is 80 years of age and recently had ulcers in his mouth, so he was not able to eat properly. He has removed his jaw and is using the temporary ones to eat. But because of the ulcers, he cant eat, the doctors can't diagnose the problem and keep on changing the medicines. He has become very weak and wasn't able to stand the other day. His legs and hands are swollen and he is not a diabetic patient. Please advise what can I do? I have his prescriptions with me and can forward if required.

What I could get from you is that your father is using dentures to eat. May be there is something wrong with the denture itself and because of chronic irritation from the same the ulcer is not healing at that particular point. If that is the case he needs to stop wearing dentures for about 1 week and apply dologel ct locally over the ulcer. If the problem is not resolved do contact me again. He needs to take multi vitamins too that I suppose he must be taking on doctor's advice. Do send me the prescription for more details. I hope this helps.

1. Drink two glasses of warm water on waking up. 2. Have a glass of water every hour throughout the day till 8 pm. 3. Have 3 dry dates and 6 Kishmish daily 4. Eat One banana, one cucumber and one apple per day between meals. 5. Evening have a glass of milk with a spoon of honey. 6. Avoid pickles papad puris parathas pakodas. Namkeen .Samosa. Kachodis etc. 7. One glass Nimbupani with breakfast and evening tea. 7. Eat your normal meals slowly and chew properly 8. Follow this and your problem will be solved.

Mild to moderate fever, myalgia, headache, nasal congestion, cough coryza etc precaution is avoid contact with infected persons and wear mask when required. Drink plenty of fluids.
