Take calcarea carb 200 4 pills thrice a day for three days and report thereafter for further treatment with detailed case taking. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. Eat more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables like carrot, cucumber, sprouts, and switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, so increase water consumption. And avoid caffeine. Taking fibrous diet will reduce the incidence and severity of constipation. Include ¼ Papaya in your diet daily. Drink warm milk at night take early morning luke warm water with honey and lemon homeopathic treatment should be started if above changes in diet plan doesn't gives relief, consult me.
