You can do it according to your health permit.if you are comfortable than you can increase the frequency and straining. Don't start abruptly. Start slowly and than increase the frequency.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and take tablet rantac twice a day and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Please take balance diet do not take fried/fast-foods/cold drinks do meditation to relieve stress take proper sleep take a fruit daily also take nux vom 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks and report.

I'm 74 with liver cirrhosis ailment since 2003 because of heavy intake of liquor for about two decades. However I didn't touch liquor since then. Now the problem is that I have lost epitite and have gone very weak because of lack of proper diet. Any solution please.

Hi, Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

You should avoid fatty food, spicy food, smoking, alcohol and walk daily according to your comfort. Ther should be gap of 2hrs after eating your dinner.
