This could be condition of IBS (Irritable bowel Syndrome). From the ayurvedic perspective, it is termed as GRAHANI. There are effective medications in Ayurveda. For now, you may start taking half teaspoon, bhringaraj powder along with buttermilk before food in the morning and evening. Let him take this remedy for two weeks and inform me his progress.

They have a gall stones. What they have to do to remove this. What precautions he take.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Delhi
Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gall stones is removing it naturally, not just remove gall stones from gall bladder but also remove the cause of gall stones.

This may be due to worm infestation or piles or fissure in ano with a skin tag. I would suggest some general measures like 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Antiworm tablets (eg zentel) once a week for 4-6 weeks 8. Apply some oil or cream on the skin around the anal verge with gentle massage, once or twice a day 9. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon to rule out specific conditions. Doctors are professional people. Should have no hesitation on being examined by a male or female surgeon. You have the liberty to have your female attendant supervising the check up.

Please suggest some medicine for Fistula in ano. Last year I faced operations for High End Fistula In Ano and Doctor confirmed that the problem is over now but currently I am feeling minor pus releasing and not feeling any pain, so is thr any alternative option except for operation?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

You can prevent the infection by using antibiotics. But the fistula formed should be operated and repaired. So,surgery is the final option.
