Stop omaze due to side effects in the long term usage. Use kitchen remedies like ajwain, jeera, heeng, ginger-garlic. Eat light food with less oils and spices, eat seasonal fruits and vegetables as fiber in them works like cotton which absorbs acid in stomach. Milk -diluted and toned / curd with oats and banana, besides being complete meal is a natural ant-acid. Do a course of deworming- clean the food pipe-take a tablet of bandy plus & metrogyl 200 mg after food for 3 days. Get back here after a week. Gelusil is safe but has no food value like diluted milk. Take unizyme/ aristozyme syrup or capsules after meal-no harm of taking enzymes to help food to get digested. At 22, exercise will help you similarly.

Although the gallstones cannot be removed with medicines but being a homoeopath and with an experience of 20 years besides me,I have developed certain technical medicinal combinations with which our gallstones will be removed completely but the percentage of removal of gallstones is 70% ( means if out of 100 patients ,70 patients were removed of gallstones.)This is very high percentage and I am very much confident about it.consult me if you dont want to go for surgery.

Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As per your symptoms your are suffering from flatulent dyspepsia. To overcome these problem try these easy tips. 1. Eat more of fiber diet. Salads, fruits and sprouts will help a lot. 2. Keep a regular exercise schedule of min 20mins. This should include either fast walk or jog. 3. Do not eat at once. Keep a mini session at an interval of 4 hours. Do not increase the quantity of per day meal. Just break the meals in parts. 4. Drink a lot of water in between two meals. These will help a lot to get relieve from the bloating. But for food sensitivity I would suggest go for homoeopathy. We have good set of remedies for the food allergies. Feel free to ask more.

M.S. Genral

You have acute attack with bleeding now. Keep the part clean and dry. Change your diet to bland and non-spicy. And veg soups -1 cup at night-8 pm, this would give starting relief. But you need to followup by mail with frequent queries-to fix the problem-from root. Thnks. Wellcome for more queries for free.

Hi, I gets diarrhoea very often. Abdominal cramp occasionally before potty. Urgency to go toilet very often. Stool is covered with mucus almost every time. But I go to potty 1 or 2 times. Stomach Gas if I wake in the early Morning. Sometimes potty is like having indigestion. Fishy smell in mouth. Sour mouth often. Is this really IBS or something else like Celiac Disease? Diagnosed as IBS. Prescribed me Normaxin and PrePro HS. But condition does not change after taking the medicines for more than 8 months.
