Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual dysfunction in men, however very few ever talk about it due to embarrassments. The ability to finish early and quickly can be advantageous in many areas in life, but not when it comes to sex. Premature ejaculation is a common and often distressing problem for couples who simply want to find ways to make sex last longer. No one is born with the ability to control ejaculation. Men can learn to control ejaculation similar to the way bladder control (toilet training) is learned at young age. The commonest cause for premature ejaculation is stress or anxiety but other causes like neurological disorders, infection and inflammation of prostate gland or thyroid hyper function may lead to premature ejaculation.

For initial stages of mild fever - take Schwabe's Biocombination - 11. But in later stages of fever with some other cause (apart from cough & cold) and symptoms, need to know more details. May be, due to some allergy, you have got the redness. Revert me back after 3-4days.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. Hi The best way to maintain the sinuses clean is by performing jal neeti with salt water every morning. If that is difficult then using a pressurised spray of salt water in the nose 3-5 times a day is very helpful. You can try the brand solspre or physiomer whichever is easily available. You maybe suffering from anxiety, anemia or other causes. First we have to verify if it is really increased heart rate, then have to do some tests like complete blood count and ecg. Then we can treat according to the cause. For now try to reduce your anxiety. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. In normal condition when an individual undergoes sexual arousal blood flow is directed towards those muscles of penis. Hello, your wife may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: She can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Dear , if you think it is infection get urine tested and it should solve the problem. If so you need antibiotic for 15 days. If not you need to retract the foreskin clean and apply some ointment with antiseptic in it.

avoid all high calorie food and drinks. take plenty of fruits,vegetables,coarse grains and nuts . only dietary restriction will not help much if not combined with exercise . simple 30 minutes brisk walk is good enough.
