As per your narrations, it seems to be worm infestation. Kindly take avipattikara powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water before meals, twice a day. Take krumikuthara rasa, 2 tabs with vidandarishta, 20 ml in half a glass of warm water twice a day, after meals. Cut down sugar, salt, curd, cheese in your diet. Avoid heavy diet. Tale biiter gourd, bottle gourd, tori in your diet regularly in your diet. continue the regime for 1 month. Reduce the dose of avipattikar powder to once a day only. Rest continue for 2 months. THE DEVASTATING ALLERGY AND ITS MULTITUDE OF PROBLEMS.

The word allergy is so commonly used to denote intolerance to any substance and or climate or anything under the sun. People often use it without being really aware of the wide array of allergy manifestations inside and outside the human body.

The commonest manifestation of allergy as popularly referred to is, sneezing and cough on exposure to cold weather and dust. There are various other forms in which allergy to anything can ransack the human body. One Such example is COW’S milk protein intolerance (CMPI) in babies. The wheezing (breathlessness) respiration drives people to a doctor. An undercurrent infection, viral or bacterial can worsen the wheezing that is broadly classified as hyper reactive airway disease. Your size is normal. No oils or pill can increase size neither it matters. Women vagina initial 2 inch is sensitive so size anything bigger than 2 inch is sufficient to satisfy women what matters is hardness and number of strokes.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

ECG can give condition of functioning of the heart. It does not give a direct reference to the presence of blockages, although, sever disturbance in ECG can indicate blockage kind of disease. 2D Echo reports will be required to see if damage is so extensive that angioplasty is required. Consume fresh curd, rice, vegetable stew, buttermilk, fresh ripe fruits especially pomegranate, bael, banana etc all. Use fresh turmeric freely while preparing your food items. (b) stay well hydrated - take at least 8 to 10 glasses of clean and filtered water daily. (c) avoid flesh foods. Tea, coffee, sweets, cakes, pastries, greasy, oily, salty, spicy foods including fast foods are best avoided too. (d) take juice prepared from the pulp of fresh and unripe'bael' fruit (wood apple), jaggery and fresh ginger, twice daily. (e) streamline your lifestyle, reduce stress/ strain and relax daily. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder marked by an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development. Here’s how to help yourself overcome sleeping problems: •Buy an egg timer. Using a tangible instrument like an egg timer helps keep your family on track with bedtime schedules. •Commit to a set schedule. Make sure that you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, including weekends. Staying up later on weekend nights and wake up later the next morning just makes your weekdays more difficult. If you are fighting fatigue despite the set schedule, you might need to increase your sleep time. Remember that younger children do need more sleep than older children. •Remove sources of stimulation. During the hour you get ready for bed, turn off the TV, music, computers, and video games. Don’t engage in arguments or initiate any rough play. This is an hour that should be very peaceful, That means that parents also need to be peaceful — no arguing with each other or the children. •Use a reward system. Give yourself stars, or stickers that can be traded in the next morning for a small reward. These rewards come when expected actions, like brushing teeth, are completed on time. Rewards may also be earned by staying in bed after lights-out. •Keep the house quiet. During the bedtime preparation and once you are in bed, keep the house quiet and calm. It’s a good idea to keep your voices down and turn down TV and music. •Return calmly to bed. Even with a reward system and a cozy bed, you might still want to get up. Return to bed without indulging in talking, arguing, threatening , or any other energizing activity. •Allow a full hour to get ready for bed. Once you have your egg timer, you can use it to count down the hour you need to wind down. Here’s how to break down the hour: oFirst 30 minutes: Set the egg timer for 30 minutes. This period of time is for hygiene — bathing, brushing teeth, and putting on pajamas. ONext 15 minutes: Set the egg timer for 15 minutes. This period of time is for a relaxing activity, such as reading a book, doing some relaxation exercises, or practicing deep breathing. OFinal 15 minutes: Set the timer for 15 minutes. This is for getting into bed (and staying there). In bed, there should be some sort of ritual between the parent and the child. Consider reading a favorite book, snuggling, praying, identifying good things that happened that day, telling a favorite story, or some other soothing and affectionate activity. Lights go out at the last “ding.” •Wake up gently. You need a good plan for waking The “bugle call” approach can actually set you up for a day-long spiral of ill temper. Instead, try a gentle action, such as opening the blinds or listening to a calm music and getting up. •Build in getting-ready time. You may need a morning schedule that is just as generous in time and structure as their pre-bed ritual. A chaotic rush to get out the door sets the wrong tone for the day. •Limit Caffeine and stimulants late in the day and Be Active. Caffeine and other stimulants consumed too close to bed time will keep you tossing and turning all night. The same goes for taking stimulant prescription medications too late in the day. •Exercise. Not only is exercise beneficial for your overall health, but it plays a very big role in helping you sleep and feel better. However, it is not recommended to workout or engage in any major exercise too close to bed either. It can actually have the opposite effect in helping you achieve the rest you desire. Try and get regular exercise during the day or very early evening to avoid being wired at night. Regards,
