For upper body target 100 pushups daily 25+25+25+25=100. This becomes 3000 pushups in 1 month and 36, 000 in 1 year for lower body do cycling, squats and skipping or running. If you can do this regularly your muscles will be unbeatable.

As ur no is settled u can continue ur newer medications Dnt take tension as its lifelong process be happy it will decrease ur medicines as well as keep u healthy Avoid extra salt Eat fresh fruits n take very less non veg n oily items

Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1-2 times use (shgal) face pack n face cream - twice a day gav amrita ark - 1 tsp twice a day.

I have met with an accident and sprained my left ankle very badly, there is no fracture or other damage to the ankle same confirmed by xray and mri scan. It's 4th week now still ankle movement is not free. I am applying only heat pack and rest (avoiding walking). Need to do anything else. No cast is put.

1. Apply ice pack if there is swelling 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Apply crepe bandage 4. Take crocin pain relief, one tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily 5.Take rest 6.If no relief consult for advice and treatment.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7.consult me for further advice

How good is coconut oil and olive oil for hair (men) on occasional use? Benefits and side effects?
It is very good and there are no side effects. Some more tips for you - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

My wife's periods started on 11th april and ended on 13th april. We had unprotected sex on 14th april and I gave her unwanted 72 pill on 16th in afternoon. Again on 16th april night we had unprotected sex. And on 18th april unprotected unprotected sex. Now 72 hrs will be finished on 19th night (taking base of 16th unprotected unprotected sex) so shall I give her unwanted 72 pill on 19th morning? Please answer its very urgent.

Hello, it is very unlikely that she will get pregnant as told by you. You should wait for another 3-4 days for withdrawal bleeding to occur due to ipill. Too much of it can disturb her cycle. In future, she should use contraceptive pills for avoiding pregnancy.

Due to changing lifestyle in this competitive world sometimes we feel so lonely as we are surrounded by many peoples but we don't connect with them its like" water water every where but not a drop to drink" and all these factors some times lead to loose intrest in every type of activities and when any emotional person faces this type of situation he/she really feels problem because now a days peoples are becoming self centred without caring for others feeling but it does't mean that this situation cannot be change what it requires is slightly change in our view point as we cannot change the people and environment around us but we can change our view point so that we can lead good life, your concern is showing that you want to change this situation ,its really positive point .I am sure with slightly change in your view point you will be able to feel all the beautiful colours of life. You can also consult any professional regarding this. Life is very precious we get only 1 life so enjoy as much as you can, there are many colours in life ,only the difference lies in our approach just think about patient who is suffering from cancer at last stage that patient will desperately want to live as much as he/she can ,i know by only saying its really difficult to manage ,but you have to divert your mind, try to make yourself busy as much as you can so that no other type of thought came. And if still thought runs then write it on paper and also write that you will think on this topic at some other time mention the time and say to yourself that at now I am suppose to do some other work. Make some new friends, try to chat on fb ,but anyhow you have to make yourself busy, increase social activities, you can do yoga and some deep breathing exercise, join any hobby class, listen loud music as it will interfere with your thought, you can make some plan with friends, make any good friend so that by sharing your feelings you will feel good. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretchingtowel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.
