Skin texture and elasticity can be improved by daily exercise, yoga and pranayam. Secondly, taking care of your skin is also important - Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. At Night - Apply Yugard cream alternatively during bedtime.

7 Precautions for a Safer Holi

Diploma In Dermatology And Venerology And Leprosy (DDVL), Fellowship in Dermatosurgery
Dermatologist, Belgaum
7 Precautions for a Safer Holi
Don't lessen your Holi fun! Follow these simple precautions to make your Holi a safe one-

1) Go herbal. Say no to oil, grease, paint or synthetic colours as they may damage your skin badly
2) Prefer powdered colors as they can be easily washed off
3) Lighter colors may have less toxic effect than darker hues
4) Wear clothes that cover maximum part of your body to avoid harmful chemicals of colours
5) Apply a thick layer of oil or a greasy skin barrier cream like sunscreen all over the body at least 15 min prior to using colours
6) Protect your eyes with sunglasses or other eyewear, lips with lip balm and protect nails with Vaseline
7) Wash off colours at the earliest

Add colour to your life, not to your skin. Have a safe holi!

How can I be ensure that something is not blocking my colon without going for colonoscopy? I am worried if I have a tumor inside my colon.

General Surgeon, Pune
Mr. lybrate-user. Your worry should be limited to realizing your problem and going to a doctor for an opinion. Tumor inside your colon is just one of the many diseases that may be causing your problem Also, colonoscopy may be uncomfortable but please don't create unwanted hurdles for your doctor by being an non cooperative patient. Having said that, barium enema and barium meal are examinations which can give some hint to the status if your colon, without you having to undergo colonoscopy.
