You need to sleep on an average 8 hours per day. If you sleep less at night you might feel sleepy during day. However even after sleeping well at night if you sleep more during day, you need to be evaluated for narcolepsy (excessive day time sleepiness) and take necessary treatment. Kindly consult a psychiatrist.

First you stop oily and junk foods, wash the face with plane water every 2 hrs, take fibre foods to avoid constipation, and use homeo medicine for permanent cure, the medicine is as follows 1. I am 25 years old, and I weigh 45 kg. How can I increase my body weight? Consulted with many doctors no medicine no supplements worked out. Finally I talked with few friends and one suggested me to eat banana I tried. Some suggested to eat Chapati. Then recently I foster myself to eat chapati and I totally avoided JUNK FOOD. Just try to avoid outside eatables and take a balance diet. I know we all live busy life but we have to remove time for our health. Try to eat cleaned and hygiene food. Drink water alot and make a habit of drinking water half n hour after food. Do exercise Avoid junks Take proper food with calories, fats ,vitamins ,proteins. Take walk for 10 minutes regularly.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

*Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem.

Hey I am 17 year old male. Around 16 days before I was suffering from fever, cold, headache. Then I consult with doctor and for 7 days I took medicines. Then on 8 day I had a very bad feeling and a little bit of fever once again. Then as per doctor advice I gave my blood sample for viral and CBC test. The report was normal but platelets were 2.25 so doctor gave me zeflox plus and some other medicine. After taking that I felt good. But there is still a little bit of headache on right side. And I am feeling this headache since the onset of fever. Now I just feel OK, I can't say that I am feeling completely normal. Can you please tell me what can be the reason behind this. Is it due to some environment infection or there is some another reason behind that?

Hi, just avoid the following regimens to stop weight gain 1) avoid frequient eating habits 2) avoid day sleep 3) avoid eating sweets 4) avoid late night dinner 5) drink plenty of water, butter milk, fruit juices, tender coconut 6) brisk walk for 45min per day in the morning follow these to stop weight gain.

My teeth is pressed with a table in the last weak because I had height teeth after I pressing my teeth in table I had full of headache. This might be due to injury on the inside of the tooth. This can be avoided by getting your teeth checked by visiting a dentist. He / she will do an x ray and pulp vitality test and then the treatment can be initiated.

Do hot fomentation twice a day, do back stretching & strengthening exercises. Sleep on hard bed, don't bent forward. Sit straight with proper support. If still hurting then see a physiotherapist and take treatment- ift, us, swd.

Hi I am suffering from rashes on my hand and all over my neck, It is making itching sensation and those rashes results black marks on my body and on my neck.
