Check up your t3 t4 and tsh. Take aswagandhadi rasayana 15gms twice daily with milk, pippallyasavam with dasamoolarishtam mixed and take 30 ml twice daily after food.

Hi if you have pcos than best is exercise and at least reduce 10% of body weight that will definately help and regularise your cycle and drasically improve your fertility chance if you want to become pregnant and you are not getting success than please do following tests first for you - s lh, s fsh, s prolactin. S etradiol, hsg-hysterosalpingogram usg pelvis for husband- semen analyisis if everything comes normal than you should go for ovulation induction with t clomiphene/t letrozole from 2nd to 7 th day of cycle along with follicular study from 10th day to see how follicle is growing for at least 5-6 cycle and if you not succeed with that than next is iui/ivf technique. Take a short walk in between the classes. Also when you are studying, take short breaks after an hour or so. At times take a walk or 5-10 minutes nap! When studying .FEEL the lines with your finger while reading and read it aloud. This will help in retention as other senses are involved too.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food.

Hello, If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These "good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3.Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4.There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4.Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month.
