1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. As being a female you are in a stage of menopause, so need both mental and physical health. So you start doing yoga to relax your mind and try taking lots of small fishes if you are a non veg person, if you are a vegetarian try taking lots of greens esp spinach. You can also take egg white (see to that its not a broiler hen) take urad dhal dishes, hopes you will find more better.

Menses can get delayed after ipill. If you tested pregnancy negative after 18-21 days of sex then you can't be pregnant. There is still time for 18 days after sex. As you took ipill you r 95% protected from getting pregnant.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! smedication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

My fellow distributors are using FLP aloe GELLY, Bee PROPILIS, Epiblanc creams with complete relapse of problems plus 100% pure aloe gel .some lot of water breathing and right nutrition .steroids can be useful but if wrongly advised can be poisonous .for skin or oral ask for more.

Please understand and accept that only medicines can not help in sexual, marital relationships and many other aspects of life. Basically you need to connect an expert sexologist directly and preferably with your wife/partner for proper understanding of basics of sexuality and relationship. By and large what people know about sexuality is by hearsay talks or porn watching, this is not half hearted and wrong way and by such learning you have already lost lot of cream time of your young life. I think I have phimosis. It is fairly easy to pull my foreskin back in normal state but a little uncomfortable to pull back when erect. But pulling foreskin is front of glans is almost impossible when erect. A few exercises did help But my glans gets a little red and swollen when erect And there is a tight swollen ring of skin behind my glans when foreskin is pulled back when erect. Will this be a hindrance to normal sexual life? If so. Any alternatives to circumcision?

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (this can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person) the ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped. If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) may be advised.

If your height is 5 feet and weight is 77, so the main problem is your weight. Deficiency of vit B12 is also one of the most common cause for this problem. You should have to loose some weight. Can also use Ayurvedic remedy दसमूल क्वाथ 10 ml two time in a day, for it.

Though menstrual blood is released from the uterus, the hormones which are involved in this event are produced in the ovaried and brain. The brain is the master regulator of the body's function. Many a women notice that their menses get irregular when they have any emotional event like exams, marriage, childbirth, or illness affecting them or any members of the family staying with her. After marriage when a bride comes to stay with her inlaws, there is a great change in her surrounding, s with newer people, newer customs and tensions of married life, so in such a emotionally laden atmosphere the menses are bound to get irregular. Pregnancy can be detected on the day of missed periods at the earliest. So do a urine pregnancy test using a early morning sample. Do it in a lab, and see the results. If negative, you are not pregnant and what ever you are experiencing are symptoms related to missing periods, without pregnancy. If periods do not come for next 15 days do the upt again and see, if negative you can meet a gynecologist to get advice about the periods and medicines to get menses. If upt is positive, you still need to see the gynecologist to get advice on do's and don'ts of pregnancy and medicines.

You definitely want to be very careful and always avoid getting burned-- virtually all of the harm from sun exposure is related to sunburn—but you also want to avoid shielding yourself from the sun entirely. Here are a few tips to help you reap maximum rewards while minimizing your risks:

  1. Expose large amounts of your skin (at least 40 percent of your body) to sunlight for short periods daily. If using a sunscreen, give your body a chance to produce vitamin D before you apply it, and be sure to select a non-toxic sun lotion that protects against both UVB and UVA rays.
  2. Stay out just long enough for your skin to turn the very lightest shade of pink, if you’re naturally light-skinned, or just a hint reddish if you’re dark-skinned. Shield your facefrom the sun using a safe sunscreen or hat, as your facial skin is thin and more prone to sun damage, such as premature wrinkling.
  3. When you'll be in the sun for longer periods, cover up with clothing, a hat, or shade (either natural or shade you create using an umbrella).
  4. Consider the use of an "internal sunscreen" like astaxanthin to gain additional sun protection. Astaxanthin is a potent antioxidant (and pigment) produced by marine algae in response to their exposure to UV light. Typically, it takes several weeks of daily supplementation to saturate your body’s tissues enough to provide protection.
  5. Consuming a healthy diet full of natural antioxidants is another useful strategy to help avoid sun damage. Fresh, raw, unprocessed vegetables and fruits deliver the nutrients that your body needs to maintain a healthy balance of omega-6 and omega-3 oils in your skin, which is your first line of defense against sunburn. Vegetables also provide your body with an abundance of powerful antioxidants that will help you fight the free radicals caused by sun damage that can lead to burns and cancer.
