Hi. Hope you keeping a check on your blood sugar level. Joint pain could be due to elevted uric acid level. Please get a serum uric acid test done. There are some simple exercises for knee pain. It would be advisable to consult a yoga teacher or a physiotherapist. If the pain becomes unbearable, you can take a pain killer.

Dear Doctor, I am suffering from Headache,Neckpain, Lower back pain & Shoulder pain last 3 months. Which indication for this symptoms ?

BHMS
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Mumbai
Think of clearing your 'Aura' Energy space around you. Several times these kinds of pain could be due to energy disturbances in your auric space. Of course, consult the physician and rule out any pathological changes needing the attention. If all investigations are normal, you could work with Stress management correctly and you will find the difference.

I have a desk job and last 5 months me have a back pain me take a pain killer bt not god response please help.
Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

So Rest to affected part, Ice packs at home, physical therapy under supervision of a physiotherapist and gentle anti inflammatory medication like Tab Etoshine or Tab Paracetamol or whichever suits you should be sufficient to help you get rid of this pain, but it may take 2-3 weeks. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Your complaints have arisen as per your history from uncontrolled diabetes which initially affected your eyes and is now causing neuropathy. You don' t require a surgical intervention when the cause is a medical one, so my advise to you is to meet up with your endocrinologist and get yourself evaluated, if he suggests to you that it is compression in lower back region for which you have mentioned no complaints, then you may come back to me and we can discuss your case in detail. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards Dr Akshay Kumar Saxena

Hi Lybrate User... This pain is called sciatica pain. No need to worry. It will get OK.... Try doing some back stretching and strengthening exercises..... 1. Lie down face down and lift left leg and then right leg..... 2..Same position, lift both legs together for 5 seconds and drop.... 3. Lift left leg and right hand and then the opposit..... Basically if you practice back exercises regularly this pain will go. This is not a long term pain.
