I have muscle pain in the some waist region. I feel pain due to excercise 20 day ego. Local doctor said this is micro trauma. Acording his dvice I took nice Mr. And evion for ten days. Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi pain in heel could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's. Best wishes.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot god bless you.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.

Pl keep your stomach clean and light. Take erand tel dabur 20 ml in warm milk twice in a week. Do light massage of Panchguna oil over intercostal muscles. Do stretching exercises. Try to learn soorya namaskara daily. Fir few days bath with warm water. Light diet.

Go for a routine health check up and (also check blood sugar and BP). I don't think there is any serious problem but let the doctor decide it based on examination and some tests. On your part you need to become aware about the basics of health and not take life for granted. Start exercising every day (add yoga as it can be relaxing and empowers the nervous system ). Eat healthy food. Avoid all junk food and cold-drinks. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid bad habits. Sleep for 7-8 hrs everyday.

Knee Pain: As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.
