Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Hi you need to take intermetant breaks in between your work like just moving nexk side ways ,doing hand circulatory exs .evn back nd desk stretches and exs can be done on your office chair. These few life style change will make difference to your life .still if pain persist do visit a physical therapist for pain management thanks.

I have pain in nerves near about my intercourse membrane and I also have back pain, When I am walking there no pain at all, But when ever I can sit down for some time (3/4) minutes and get there will pain again on both, Back and near interosseous membrane But when I am walk there is no after 5 to 6 seconds, When ever I am trying to touch my foot again there is pain, I can run easily with no problem at all after running I can stretch and there is no pain, If I am trying to stretch without running I have pain what is this? Is that problem of over weight, My weight is 97kg and height is 5.8"

Yes it might one of the cause do not try without stretching as it is very harmful to muscles prone to fatigue and other pathological problems for back pain do take ift and laser therapy for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

That is called as Lumbar Vertebrae. And there are 5 Lumbar Vertebrae and the 5th Lumbar Vertebrae is anatomically is located in the lower end where the body weight is taken and it is generally fused with If your pain is there for many years then it is chronic pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Ankylosing Spondylitis the best suggestion to do general aerobic exercises which includes breathing and all the other exercises which involves the total movements of the proximal joints ie. Neck, shoulder, elbow in the upper limb and in the lower limbs, trunk, hip, knee movements which will facilitate to improve the normal range of motion of the joints thereby improving the blood circulation. You can also try swimming activity, tread mill, cycling etc.

For nose block check if you are having nasal polyps - if so it will take sometime to get complete relief. You take ammon carb 30 - thrice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment. Also check if you are having any fever. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily for back pain.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If there is only pain with no associated s/s of ant inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness, local warmth etc and there is no h/o any injury to your knee, I will advise initially for conservative management for 2-3 weeks - start with intensive knee physical therapy with a physiotherapist - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
