Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Here is some important tips to increase your weight in a healthy way. Do some exercise before 30 min of your meal for a good appetite. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, & unhealthy drinks. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day, Weight train at least 3 times a week, you have to consume 300-500 more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, Drink milk. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) People who are trying to lose weight are advised exactly the opposite but for the same reason. First of all get your hair trimmed a bit. Secondly follow these tips at home- 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Dear Eat beet root with food. Brisk walk, meditations will help. Check BP every month. If needed don't shy away from medicines. It seems you are stressed. Stress management courses will help lot Vm.

I am 19, and I only pee around two to three times these days. My urine is quite smelly, color is orangish. If I hold it for some time (2-3 hours) I start feeling a numbness in my bladder (not having pressure to pee but I know I have to) and also feel pins and needles in my hands and legs.

Dear , it is summer and weather is quite hot one tends to lose a lot of fluids in form of perspiration and also through respiration which is called insensible loss. If you are not drinking enough then body does not have spare fluid to throw out in form of urine. Hence kidneys have to work hard to throw out waste products in minimum amount of water which results in very concentrated urine which turn initially yellow, dark yellow and almost orange in colour. This surely indicates that you are not drinking enough water hence urine is orangish and much less in quantity. This highly concentrated urine is very irritant to bladder so you feel you need to pass urine where there is not enough quantity to induce natural desire to pass urine. Rest of the symptoms are due to dehydration. So my only advice is to drink plenty of fluids along with some isotonic drinks to the extent that urine becomes watery in colour.

In summer blood coming from the nose is quite common. Just pinch the nose for about 5 minutes the bleeding should stop. Hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. . Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. This rate of weight loss is considered reasonable and healthy. For any specific doubt you can ask me directly by going to my link here in the site. Can I do yoga and cardio together. First I start with yoga (10 min) and then cardio (20 min) is it ok or it is harmful. 10 minutes for yoga is too short at least 30 minutes you need to practise for results. You can do ulternate day cardio & yoga proper under guidance yoga helps to reduce weight.
