Homoeopathic medicine-------------------- fattex drops or adel-13 (adel)) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily-------------- phytolacca berry 3x (wilmar schwabe india) chew 2 tab twice daily 20 minutes before meals------------------ green tea in evening------------------------------- try to take frequent 5 minutes breaks every 1-2 hour while at work doing some body stretch or a light walk--------------

I am 16 years old. I sometimes feel a sharp pain in my chest sometimes in the left side but more often in the right side. It pains for 8 to 10 seconds and then stops. I am fit and fine but only the heart pains sometimes. Additional information: I have acnes (like 2 to 3 are produced in 10 days and it is significantly reduced as compared to a year ago). Some hairs of mine have also turned white (10-15).

1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Takecrocin advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg, x ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

She may be under stress / anxiety. Talk to her. She may need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh to exclude any other problem.

You have Erectile dysfunction problem. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Do kegel exercises daily. Control your BP or sugar if you are having. Follow this and give feedback.

Dear u have to apply neem pack on face at night daily. Take 20ml shahi johar ushaba syrup twice a day empty stomach.with water . do CTdaily i. e cleansing and tonning daily before going to bed with vlcc cleanser and toner. drink plenty of fluids and water. avoid oily and spicy food.

You should get a complete blood count Vidal and urine test to know the exact cause of fever. Get a CRP test done also .if nothing comes positive fever maybe because of some viral infection and will be cured within 3 to 5 days spontaneously .meanwhile keep giving her an antipyretic to keep fever down.

Dear lybrate user, * do not take a lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. * to reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, practice yogasana like shirshasana and sarwangasana only under the guidance of expert. * you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. * avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

Gums are bleeding while brushing is indication of vit c deficiency. Take as much sour fruits like tamrind, awla, orange, lemon, etc. Do oral gargle with chlorhexadine mouthwash twice daily. If a symptoms still not improve in a week consult me for medication.
