Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Pain in backbone can be because of weak muscles. Strenghtning of back muscles atrenghtning of hip muscles should help you to relieve pain.

Use lumbar belt for transportation time only otherwise it may reduce your strength of back muscle. Do regular stretching and strengthening exercises under close observation of physiotherapist only. You may also take electro modalities therapy by physiotherapist with his therapy protocol. Not to worry about this problem. It can be treated conservatively too.

Sir, My Wife who is 55 years old had met with an accident (two wheeler) while driving herself. She did not fracture her leg or hand. However, she took medication from a orthopedists for three months. Now her right leg swelling is still persisting and she is unable to fold her legs to sit in padmashan or sukhasana. Doctor is advising that it will take some time. Please suggest remedial measure in suggesting some medicine and sportswear e. G anklets etc for her, Thank you.

Take til tail 100g, mix it with 10g rock salt n cook while it becomes lukewarm. Just apply it over chest with light massage especially after getting up in morning hours by which deposit cough inside chest will melt n come out through the mouth. Besides this take steam vapour with divya dhara 4 drops at bed time but during this cover up your eyes bcoz divya dhara consists menthol which can create burning sensation in the eyes. Do gargle with hot saline water 3 times a day. In remedies, take 1/2 tea spoon ful of trikatu powder with warm water 1/2 an hour before lunch and dinner. For 15 days. Follow up me after 15 days.

Please note that it is not clear what you have mentioned here.... Lines OR marks/blood marks/stretch marks/birth marks/red lines from sitting on a particular position against your chair,etc. If you are having rashes then apply olive oil on the affected area. For further queries get back to me.

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. 5-Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. 6--Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

She should start taking vitamin d supplements along with calcium. Uprise d (60, 000) iu. Once a week for for 12 weeks. Tab calcium sandoz 500 mg once a day for 1 month sunlight exposure for 15-20 minutes, (8-10am! sunlight only consult privately for any further help.

I have a prob" avascular necrosis" in my right hip joint, I had an operation before 3 yrs ago. They said that. They drilled and inserted an bone inside the bone joint at hip joint (right), the problem is. Now also if sm stress is applied. Or else, if I walk fr a while its paining. So wat should I do. To remove the pain permanently. Smtyms knee gets irritating and very painful. So please help me out. Thanx.
