you can go for following remedy it will help you Natural home remedy using ice: 1. Take a clean piece of cloth 2. Wrap a few ice cubes in it 3. Sit in an upright position 4. Tilt your head forward 5. Hold the ice pack on the nose for 5-6 min This remindy will be helpful.

Motivate yourself for gradually stopping it by reducing the frequency of cigarettes per day. You may take nicotine buffered chewing gums for few days as a substitute of smoking. Gradually you have to reduce these chewing gums & ultimately stop it. Strong will power is needed for not to re-start again. All the best.

Want to keep my skin clean and as well as tan free.
Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

Dear sir. You have not written where is the stone. If 5 mm stone is in kidney then you might wait it will pass out on its own. If it is in ureter it might require surgery or medical treatment depending on other factors.

My Boyfriend is loosing weight very consistently in 2 weeks his weight has dropped down to 55 from 68kgs .... he is not keeping well during his training hours and long hours of working..he very consistently get boils in his eyes that to 4-6 boils inside the eye ...sometimes he is unconscious and blacks out ..... any solution for consultation

Hello sir/madam I apply coconut oil to my beard too look shining I usually apply at the night and wash in the morning when I was applying it is attaching to my cheeks skin and lips my brother said that coconut oil makes you darker is it real I mean my skin and lips gets dark.

No. Coconut oil doesn't make the skin dark. To understand the reason of your concern you need to know that lack of moisture leads to cracked and dry skin where as lack of hydration leads to dull and dark looking skin. Coconut Oil moisturizes the skin, but unfortunately it falls short on the hydration part. So always hydrate before you moisturize. When used this way, coconut or any other oil never makes your skin look dark. Drink lots of water and keep your body hydrated from inside. Same thing goes for hair as well. WOMEN ABOVE 65 TO TAKE EXTRACAREOF THEIR HEALTH
Women aged 65 and above should take low dose aspirin routinely to prevent heart attack and paralysis.
All women are urged to execise a minimum of 30 mts per day,but women who need to lose weight or maintain weight loss are now advised to engage in 60 to 90 mts of moderate intensity activity on most,or preferably all days of the week.
A heart - healthy diet should be rich in fruits, whole grain and fiber foods with limited intake of alcohol and sodium.
Saturated fat should be reduced to less than 7% of calories.
Women at very high risk of heart disease should try to lower their LDL- bad cholesterol to less than 70 mg/dl.
The upper limit of aspirin for high risk women is 325 mg/day.
Harmone replacement therapy and antioxidant like vit c and E should be taken regularly to prevent heart disease.
Folic acid should also be used to prevent heart disease.
Women should eat some oily fish or some other source of omega -3 fatty acids at least twice a week.
Women should quit smoking.
Women should take vit d and calcium.

Hi, Yoga asanas not only keeps you physically fit but also improves your mental health by keeping away from stress and anxiety. 1. Dhanurasana (Bow pose): Lie down with your belly on the ground. Your chin should be touching the ground. Keep hands beside you with your palms facing upward. Your legs should be placed at a 6 inches distance from one another. Bend your legs at the knees and bring the heels close to your hips. Now grasp the ankles with both your hands. Slowly lift your chin, head and neck backwards. Your chest should be still on the ground. Now inhale deeply and lift your legs, thighs, chest till only your abdomen is touching the ground. Balance yourself on the abdomen only. Pull your legs with your hands as much as possible so as to arch your body completely in the shape of a bow. Bring your feet together. Now look up and gaze at a point on the ceiling. This is your final position. Hold your breath while in this position. When you feel a strain on your back, exhale fully and return to your original position. 2. Urdhava Hastotanasana: This is a good stretching asana that not only gives you a lean waist but also a broad chest. Here’s how to do it. Stand erect with your feet together. Raise your hands above your head in a namaste. Now keeping your legs grounded, bend your body to the right as much as possible till you feel a strain on your left waist. Stay for 15 seconds. Return back to the original position. Now bend left. Retain this position for another 15 seconds. Slowly you may increase the holding time to 30 seconds 3. Baddha Konasana (Cobbler pose): A perfect asana to shape up your thighs and buttocks. Sit on your yoga mat with a straight spine. Bend your legs at the knees and the edge of the soles of both your feet touching each other. The heels should be touching your inner thigh. Now grasp the ankles of both your legs. As you inhale deeply, straighten your spine and draw your shoulder blades backwards. Exhale and press the soles together. Maintain this posture for as long as comfortable taking deep breaths. If possible, bend forward from the waist to touch the chin on the ground. 4. Balasana: End the asanas with Balasana or child pose. This yoga not only gives you a chance to rest after having done with all. This is also called the child’s pose. Sit on the floor with bent knees. They should be separated from one another. Your hips should be resting on your heels. Place your hands on your thighs. Now start bending forward such that the upper torso is on your thighs. Bend further down to make your forehead touch the ground. Bring your hands back and let them lie freely on the ground beside your feet with palms facing the ceiling or you may also hold your heels with your hands. 5. Vrikshasana (Tree pose): Stand straight with your feet together and keep your hands by your side. Lift up your right leg up with bent knees and place your foot on your left inner thigh as in the picture. Your hands should be in a Namaste position. Lift them up above your head. Don’t bend your elbows. Balance your whole body only on your left foot. Breathe normally. When you want to exit, put down your hands and your legs and stand in normal position with hands by your side. Rest and repeat on your other leg too.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time.

Good day to you. For a few months i've been having numbness and weakness in my left leg and scrotum. Got my mri results back and they say. Mild scoliosis at L4 L5 region with minor disc bulge with no nerve compression. No sign of cauda equina. Small annular tear at L4 region with muscular spasm. What's causing my numbness? Most likely, the cause of your symptoms are disc bulge. The best treatment at this stage is physiotherapy. Medications such as pregabalin and gabapentin are also helpful.

You eat everything a well nutritious and balanced diet including all seasonal vegetables and fruits cereals pulses milk nuts etc and drink 3to 4 lyra of water every day.
