Weight loss is a scientific & complex process and depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, hormonal, lifestyle and many more. And to lose weight it's very important to be in negative energy balance. I would suggest you to discuss your previous diet history in detail so to know the cause of the problem and move further in a better way.

Only avoid strain like long standing and running. Do hot and cold fermentation for 20 minute. And do rest. Put a towel under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment must.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Of course there are variety of ayurvedic medicines available for treatment of obesity or to reduce weight. But along with medication regular exercise yoga and diet plan is required. Tell her to do daily walking or jogging and do some activities like playing tennis or swimming. Consuming low calories nutritious diet will help. Eating lots of vegetables n salads n fruits sprouts will help. She should stop eating junk food completely. Stop sweets chocolates or any other sugar based food. Avoid oily fatty food avoid non veg or she can have chicken n fish. Grilled or boiled. Eat less of carbohydrates. Medication. Triphala guggul 2-2-2 medohar guggul 2-2-2 cap ayurslim of himalaya 2-2 for follow up consult me after 2 weeks.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. (PLEASE DON'T WASH YOUR FACE SO FREQUENTLY AS FREQUENT WASHING TAKES AWAY YOUR NATURAL OIL AND TO COMPENSATE THAT, IT START SECRETING MORE AND MORE OIL)!

For acne marks: • Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. • Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. • Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.
