Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Does walking worsen joint and muscle pain and does it increase the risk of tendon rupture? A week ago I went to doctor for my loose motions and he prescribed me ofloaxin (200 mg) and ornidazole (500 mg) tablets to be taken two times a day for a week. After a day I noticed mild muscle, knee pain and a loss of sensation in my right leg. I thought permanent nerve damage has been done to my leg. But I was wrong and since yesterday when I finished my dose of antibiotics there is very little pain and that too occur occasionally. So my question is since this antibiotic increases the risk of tendon rupture and cause muscle/joint pain, will it be safe to walk 10-15 kms a day? Or should I wait for few weeks before I start walking such long distances? PS: I love to walk!

Hello sir, Now that you have completed the course of antibiotics, your muscular pain and tiredness will be gone. You can get back to active walking schedule. Doing regular exercise is a good thing. Now when you start walking, don't walk 10-15 km on day one. Take time and gradually increase the distance. Tendon injury following fluroquinolones is a theoretical possibility, but don't worry. I'm sure you have Read the instructions or in Google. So far in 12 years I've not seen a person have that complication. Enjoy your walks.

My stomach got increased means that I have more fats on my stomach. I want to reduce it as fast as and make it flat. So please infer me the treatment.

My stomach got increased means that I have more fats on my stomach. I want to reduce it as fast as and make it flat. ...
The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling. Weight training is considered extremely beneficial for weight loss. This is due to the number of calories burned while training as well as the number of calories burned after training. This form of exercise helps in keeping your metabolism elevated for long periods of time, which helps you to lose weight even if you are sleeping. Weight training helps in keeping your metabolism elevated for around 48-72 hours after working out. You should try training at least three times a week, using light to moderate weights. Your workout should last no longer than 45 minutes. For promoting weight loss, it is highly recommended that you try full-body workouts as they help in targeting all the muscles of the body. Use compound exercises as they help in targeting several muscle groups at once.

I have oily acne prone face. I use neutrogena grapefruit facescrub for oily skin, which works amazing. But what kind ...
Hi, for oily skin you should use salicylic acid based face wash twice daily. Any kind of moisturiser contains oil that makes your skin acne prone. You can use sunscreen which is gel based and avoid creams. Spf or around 15 is more than sufficient for indian skin. I would like to enlighten you about pimples [acne] in brief. What is acne? acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilo sebaceous follicles [i. E. Hair with oil producing glands attached to hair] characterized by comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), papules, pustules, nodules and ultimately leading to scars. Who gets acne? close to 100% of people between the ages of twelve and seventeen have at least an occasional whitehead, blackhead or pimple regardless of race or ethnicity. Acne starts between the ages of ten and fifteen years of age and usually lasts till twenty years of age; however, acne can persist into the late twenties or thirties or even beyond. Some people get acne for the first time as adults and this is known as adult acne. What are the causes of acne? bacteria bacteria that normally live on the skin play a role in acne development. The bacteria are known as propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes). The bacteria content can increase in people whose faces are not clean. Hormones during the teen years increased levels of sex hormones cause the oil glands of the skin to produce increased amount of oil. These excess skin oils tend to bind with cellular debris causing a blockage and producing a fertile environment for the bacteria to grow. The bacteria cause inflammation, pus, swelling and redness. In adult acne, excessive hormones produced due to polycystic ovaries and other hormonal imbalances cause excess oil production and inflammation, which lead to acne. What are the factors that precipitate or aggravate acne? stress- stress is frequently implicated in aggravation of acne while acne itself induces stress. Sweat- sweating in a hot and humid environment causes deterioration in 15% of acne patients. Menstruation- pre menstrual flare of acne occurs in 70% of female acne patients. Friction and pressure- friction and pressure from helmets, backpacks and tight collars can induce blackheads and papules. Pressure from face massages or facials can aggravate acne. Pregnancy- pregnancy has an unpredictable effect on acne. Pre-existing acne may aggravate or remit during pregnancy. Diet- high glycemic load foods (sugar loaded and starchy foods), oily foods may aggravate acne. Drugs- oral contraceptives, anti tuberculosis medication, oral steroids, anti depressants may aggravate acne. Treatment: treatment for acne needs to be individualized as per the type of acne and type of your skin. For comedones, we recommend comedone extraction procedure. For red papules, we recommend topical creams, chemical peels and oral antibiotics as per severity. For nodules [big swelling], intralesional steroid injections works fastest and are safe. For scars, there are various procedures like dermaroller[microneedling], subscision, deep chemical peels and lasers. Total duration of treatment for acne varies from 2 to 4 months for complete cure and for acne scars varies from 8 to 12 months. I recommend you to consult qualified dermatologist to prescribe you correct treatment that suits you the best after examining your skin. You can send your pics.Hope you can use the above information for your benefit. All the best.
