Nothing much to worry. You have not mentioned her age and does she have pain in other joints or body parts. And since how long she is feeling that pain. Sometimes the simple cause could be the footwear we are using. Ask her to start wearing Dr. Comfort sole chappals which we can easily buy from the market. Even at home she should wear this. STop wearing flat chappals. And secondly she can start doing footsoak in lukewarm water with a bit of rock salt before going to bed. It will overall relax her nerves and she will feel better.

Some common causes of muscle pain include: 1.Frequent Stress/Tension 2. muscle tension in one or more areas of the body 3. overusing the muscle during physical activity 4.nutritional deficiencies like Vitamins esp.Vit-D 5.Less water intake So your problem seems like less water intake .My advise for you is to drink 6-8 glass water and 2 glass milk daily.Exposure to sunlight for 30 minutes can also prove very effective Homoeopathic medicine CAUSTICUM 30 ( Dr Recheweg) Drink 2 drops direct in mouth twice daily.

Take Rest. Don't Panic. Do contrast bath Regularly twice a day starting with Hot water and Ending with cold water. Use a knee cap while you're walking. Avoid cross sitting on the floor. Do stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Elevate your right leg a little higher when You're lying on your back.
