I am asking this question for my friend wife, he want advise to ask about his wife. So I am asking behalf of my friend, can you give me any medicine for decrease her breast size, my friend wife have heavy breast so he want decrease that size please help for any medicine or any suggestion, now she also pregnant this time from 6 months, so she want dry her breast milk also please give any advise with medicine.

M.Ch - Plastic Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Bangalore
Please consult a gynecologist to stop/dry the milk. That should reduce size by hormonal trea. However if size doesn't reduce even after 6 months, then for heavy breasts she needs to go for breast reduction surgery, which will make her comfortable and reduce her back and bra strap pain due to heavy breasts. Breast reduction surgery is only done by plastic surgeons.

A diet rich in iron, calcium and silica can help greatly in reducing or preventing hair loss. Iron can be obtained from green leafy vegetables such as spinach and collard greens. Oatmeal and raw oats contain a considerable amount of silica. Potato skin, green and red peppers, cucumbers and bean sprouts are all rich sources of silica too.

Dear Lybrate User, Pimples/ Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) Excess sebum production due to androgens 2) Excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) Infection of Propionibacterium acnes (P. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) Local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of P. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire On entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take Homoeopathic CALCAREA PHOS 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach Also you can apply Homoeopathic Mother Tincture BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM Q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via Lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.

How can I recover myself from depression and anxiety which I have been suffering from last few years which eating me day by day.

How can I recover myself from depression and anxiety which I have been suffering from last few years which eating me ...
At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Please take belladonna 30 - thrice daily for next 3 days first. Also do -- drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

I fight for my acne and pimples. How I clean my pimples. What I do. Give me some advice.
Personally, I prefer the supplemental route. Taking zinc really clears up my face as it promotes healing. For any masks or spot treatments listed below, apply by gently dabbing remedies onto the skin as opposed to rubbing. Dabbing will push the ingredients into the skin as opposed to wiping them across the surface of the skin. All masks can be applied for 5-60 minutes or overnight. I find leaving a mask overnight (if it's not too messy), will help you achieve best results. Heat treatment heat treatment for a blemish can be great as it increases blood flow to the blemish and accelerates healing. Warm a washcloth (make sure it's not too hot) and hold it to the blemish for a few minutes. Apply a spot treatment of your choice. Ice treatment for bumps sitting beneath the skin I like to use ice to get the swelling down. Icing a bump will not heal the blemish as the blood flow to the area is reduced. I use this method to keep swelling down before going out. It's important not to hold ice or any frozen item directly on the skin, always use a cloth or a few layers of paper towel over the ice to prevent frostbite. Salt scrub mix salt with your favourite moisturizer. Apply mixture to face and gently massage over acne-prone areas. Apple cider vinegar rather than dabbing the juice of a lemon onto your pimples, try some apple cider vinegar. I'd recommend leaving it on overnight and rinsing it off with cool water in the morning. Lemon juice another way to fight a blemish is with lemons. Start by washing your face. Squeeze the juice of a lemon (or use lemon juice from the bottle) into a container and apply the juice to your blemishes. You can use this as a spot treatment or cover your entire face. It may sting a little! gently wash the juice from your face with cool water. You can also do a quick rinse in the shower. Suck on a lemon i've found after consuming freshly squeezed lemon juice, my skin tends to look a whole lot better within a few hours. Try sucking on a lemon and see if it does anything for you! orange juice squeeze the juice of a fresh orange into a cottonball or container. Apply as a spot treatment or to the entire face. Rinse with cool water. Lemon/honey mask combine 2 tbsps of honey and 2 tbsps of lemon juice (you can use freshly squeezed lemon juice, or the kind that comes bottled). Mix together and apply as a spot treatment or to the entire face. You can also do a quick mask in the shower. Tea tree oil tea tree oil is another product that is supposed to be good for acne. This is one product that didn't seem to help my acne and the smell of the oil was awful. For acne scarring the product was okay, but I prefer bio oil. It's probably best to use the oil as a spot treatment and leave overnight. Toothpaste sensodyne toothpaste is great for drying out pimples that have heads. Potato treatment slice a raw potato in half and rub on affected areas. The vitamins within the juice of the potato are great for the skin! they will reduce redness and improve the complexion of the skin. Vegetable blend blend together: 1 tomato, half a cucumber, half a carrot and a few mint leaves. Apply and rinse with water. Cinnamon powder combine cinnamon powder and water in a bottle. Shake and apply to acne as a spot treatment. Rinse with water. Papaya mash a papaya and apply juice to face. This can be applied as a spot treatment or to the entire face. Rinse with water. Nutmeg mask combine nutmeg, pepper and water to make a paste. Apply as spot treatment and rinse with water. Onion mask" mix 10 grams juice of white onions with 5 grams honey and 1 gram rock salt and apply on pimples. Mint leaves" apply a paste of ground mint leaves to pimples and leave overnight. Rinse when you wake up in the morning. Grind mask" grind rice, poppy-seeds and almonds into a fine powder. Mix with two tbsps of yogurt and apply to affected areas. Allow to dry and rinse with water. Warm honey mix warm honey and gram flour. Apply to face and rinse with water when dry.

Hello. Hyperpigmentation could be because of many reasons. So, get thorough body check up done and share the reports with me. Meantime, you can start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun on the exposed areas.
