1.Increase soluble and insoluble fibre intake – 2. Drink warm water 4-5 times a day – 3. Cut down on whole milk and curd – 4. You are only 18 years old as of now. Don't worry your facial hair will grow. Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

I get anger very soon and infact for a very small reason and sometimes for no reason please help me.

Hello lybrate user, - try to look at the cause why you are getting that pain - initially you have to change the lifestyle like sitting straight while working travelling, avoiding sudden jerks or humps during two wheeler driving - adopt some exercises which relaxes your back muscles and bones - it's difficult to say whether it's muscles relaxed or bone related just by symptom of pain both of that may go chronic - better to go for application of mahanarayana taila with sahacharadi taila and hot fomentation for 15 min or go for kati basti it's an ayurveda panchakarma treatment, with this you will relieve better thank you.

•For premature greying, apply a mixture of Aloe Vera gel with wheat germ oil and coconut milk. It promotes hair growth and hair color.
•Apply oil of thistles(bhringraj) daily.
•Daily massage of head with colocynth or bitter apple(indravaruni) seed oil keeps hair black like bees.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

There can be quite a few reasons to lose body weight. Viral infection, gastroenteritis, parasite infection, depression, bowel diseases, and overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism. Please get your blood panel done and check for hyperthyroidism. And also check for any of these causes. Weight loss in your condition is muscle loss. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.
