I am 28years old. . I am facing problum for my sex life. My penis is 4 inches if I do the sex only 2r3 minits I can do the sex tell me the solution? I want to make my penis 6 inches and to hard and stamina more then 20 to 30 minits I have to increase tell me the proper solution.

MD - Psychiatry, MBBS
Psychiatrist, Hyderabad
What is important in sex is you need to love your partner and understand each others needs. Your 2-3 min are long enough for both parteners to reach climax. Your penis size is also good enough. You are probably carried away by what they show in pornography which is staged and drama and not real. So stop worrying and enjoy your sex life.

My mother is 71 years having bp now doctors are advising for knee replacement. Please advise for alternative. Will cold larser teartment resolve this. Looking forward for your early response.

MBBS, MS - Orthopaedics

Not all patients of joint pain need surgery. Most of them can be managed without joint replacement. Physiotherapy along with medicines helps rule out diabetes, vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. Gradually develop your walking & standing stamina. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi. My dad 58 years old diabetic and hypertensive patient. He had thorn prick 6 months back or so. Later the thorn was removed by my mom using a sharp object like pin after heating it. The thorn was removed n he had pain and the area was bit hard few days back. I thought it might be corn so I applied a corn cap by Apollo for it. The hard thing has fallen and area is normal and no pain and area of foot is normal. Later two days back I saw that corn caps are contraindicated in diabetics. I wanted to ask was it grave mistake. Or do I have to observe anything.

lybrate-user, In a person with diabetes, particularly in a middle aged or older person, it very essential to avoid using all such methods like using a pin to remove a thorn, applying a corn cap or poking sharp needle etc. Because there is possibility of affection of blood supply to the lower limb, and also neuropathy, which may have already affected sensory fibers. All these can lead to serious problems causing infection, ulceration and spreading of ulcer or leading up to amputation. So one should never do any such attempts at home. It is better to get his foot properly examined by your local doctor, to see if there is any problem. Thanks.

I am 26 years old and 164 cms. Height. May I know how much diamer and length of my penis is required at least?

General Physician,
I am 26 years old and 164 cms. Height. May I know how much diamer and length of my penis is required at least?
Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves. 1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you.

Chapattis can help in controlling diabetes or not? I show most old man eat Chapattis for diabetes issue.

Chapattis can help in controlling diabetes or not? I show most old man eat Chapattis for diabetes issue.
Mr. Lybrate-user, chapatis are like roti and rice, as all these foods contain starch. Starch is converted to glucose in the intestine. Hence, eating more chapatis is definitely not beneficial or advisable. Wheat flour from which chapatis are made is containing mainly starch. 100 g of whole wheat flour gives 407 calories, about 87 g of carbohydrate, 16 g of proteins and 2 g of fats. Hence, taking more wheat flour as chapatis is definitely ideal for controlling diabetes. It can be a part of the total food. As far as I know, hardly anyone will depend on chapati only for sugar control.
