On a my forehead there are so many blackheads. Almost skin looking like burnt while my cheeks and all faces instead of my forehead looks brighter please give me some advise to remove this burnt or blackheads from my forehead. Due to that problem I feel so embarrass.

Baking soda is an effective treatment for blackheads as well as acne. It helps clear the skin of impurities such as debris and dirt. 1. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. 2. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 3. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week.

My skin color was fair. But after too much exposure to sun its becoming darker nd dull. What should I do to look fair? I have heard that lemon will help to get fair skin. Is it true that applying lemon juice will help? Because I am also worried about winter. So please suggest me some beauty tips especially for winter. Thanks in advance.

Hello, these are the home remedies:-*Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice , then apply this on your face. *In winter season Apply lemon juice + glycerine + rose water ,on your skin at daily night. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate. Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin If you mean black spots , then Apply Bio- vally's skin lightening cream.

I have severe acne and blemishes on my face. I have been using medicines treat acne but there is no change in the condition. What should I do to get rid of severe acne?

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2 times a week on the area.

How to cure Vitiligo (white spots) and which diet should I follow to cure this disease as in every week I found new white spot in my body.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Hi Doctor, I have caught some fungus at my left buttock and have been taking homeopathic medicine since last four weeks. Currently the problem is negligible. I.e no itching or irritation etc but my doctor advised me to continue medicine for next ten days more and meet him again. Now can you please help advise as why the problem / treatment is taking so long. Generally in allopathy it takes two weeks only. Please help advise as what to further. Should I visit my doctor once again after 10 days.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. These two are different kind of medicines - Allopathy works fast, suppressing the complaints, but in Homoeopathy, it removes the root cause of the disease slowly & steadily (which has been suppressed by Allopathic medications) specially in chronic problems, so that relapses wouldn't take place again. If there is improvement and changes can be seen, then go to the same doctor again. You need to have patience for proper cure to take place!

Hello my name is mahender Reddy I am 17 years old from the last 3 months I'm loosing hair fall. I'm little worried about it so please suggest me some home remedies or tips to control hair fall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months. Get back to me for further advice.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse.
