1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6.Maintain personal hygiene 7.consult skin specialist for further advice.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove face marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Make" fish lips. 5. Make puffy cheeks by holding in air for as long as you can. 6. Smile a lot and massage your face daily for five minutes.

Hello firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

Hi user, the following remedies can help you in treating the problem of dandruff and give you healthy shiny hair. 1. You can apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp as it is extremely effective for treating fungal infections such as dandruff. 2. Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. 3. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean, egg white and pulses and avoid foods that are junk, fried, spicy or fermented. It is also advisable to avoid tea and coffee. 4. In todays times, our lifestyle and diet has changed so drastically that health and beauty concerns are a constant source of worry! skin troubles and hair troubles are a plenty and are a source of embarrassment for women all over the world. Dandruff, hair fall, split ends, receding hair lines etc the list is never ending! the solutions are also increasing in numbers but not in efficacy. We have a number of lotions and creams and god knows what else but it? s like rubbing water onto the leaves of the plant instead of feeding the roots. Pointless! proper diet and nutrition from within can solve any of these problems better than all those creams on the shelf put together. Healthy inside make us beautiful outside! the right food for hair growth is one of the most amazing hair growth tips ever. Hair growth foods: 1. Green leafy vegetables: green leafy vegetables are the best food for hair growth. Spinach, lettuce, leafy greens, turnip greens, broccoli, beans and green peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote hair growth. Regular intake of green leafy vegetables will ensure growth of hair and also strengthens the roots of hair. The green leafy vegetables reduces hair fall very effectively. 2. Other vegetables and fruits: other vegetables like carrot, sweet potatoes, orange, papaya, banana, onion, garlic and kidney beans are also helps hair growth. My Wife is 32 years lady. She is an Obsess Gyne specialist by profession. We have got three children. The issue is that after the birth of my third child, the hair of my wife started to become weak, and she would experience a huge hair fall every day. In order to reduce damage to hair she got a haircut and reduced the size, it helped to a great extent but the problem did not resolved she still had pain in her scalp skin underneath hair and some hair loss, more than a 100 a day.
