I have been suffering from Irritative Bowel for a very long time. Now it is really frustrating and keeps my bowel in agitation most of the times.Sometimes the stool is solid but most of the times motion is loose and frequent and I pass nearly three to four times daily. I need some help to restrict this motion to two times at the most and the motion is little solid.

You visit a good Gastroenterologist and get a lower GI endoscopy done by a senior Gastroenterologist. After that take medicines according to them. Avoid much fiber in diet. May consult a Psychiatrist also who shall help to relieve your anxiety. Do Meditation everyday. Read good books - particularly on positive thinking - yes this is also a prescription. Sleep at least 7 hours per day. Early to bed and early to rise.

HOME REMEDIES TO CURE PILES:: 1.Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water. 2.Eat 4 figs twice a day, in the morning and evening. Saturate 4 figs in water for the whole night; eat these in the morning. Remember not to drink water prior to eating the figs. Saturate another 4 figs in the morning to be eaten in the evening. Do this every day for 4 weeks. 3. Take 1 tsf triphala churna at night daily with luke warm water. 4. Revert me back.

At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits. A) take half tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) take 20 ml of bhallatakasav and 20 ml of aloe vera juice along with 40 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 10 ml of ginger juice along with 10 gm of jaggery before meals half an hour. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Hi At present my age is 24 yrs. At the age 15 I have started masturbation. After 6 years of masturbation. During night time sperm was leaking from me without knowing to me. I have consulted doctor. Experts have warned diet can have a huge impact on fertility and impotence. Being overweight or obese can alter hormone levels, lowering testosterone which can impact semen quality and contribute to erectile dysfunction or impotence.
A typical ‘western’ diet which includes a high intake of processed meats, refined carbs, and sweets – essentially an unhealthy diet – can have an impact on sperm motility.

It is also worth bearing in mind that being underweight can also have a negative effect on sperm production, as fatty tissues play an essential role in the metabolism and release of sex hormones.

Maintaining a healthy weight is key to ensuring the optimum environment for sperm production.
Studies have shown that sugary drinks, including fizzy and energy drinks could be linked to poor sperm motility. Too much sugar in your diet also increases your chances of developing insulin-resistance, this may lead to increased oxidative stress also known to be damaging sperm. If this is a problem for you, making some swaps with fruit might help to improve your sperm. Other issues which affect fertility in men and women are age - two thirds of women over the age of 40 experience fertility issues - stis and smoking.

Musterbating at your age quite normal. But you should do it in moderation say twice a month or so to avoid future sexual life like erectyle dysfunction and premature ejaculation and concentration of sperms. Have healthy nutritious food. Go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercise and take plenty of water by mouth. It will be alright.

Fasting for 14 hours will built up acidity in your stomach. So when trying to break the fast take bland food devoid of spices and acid content (even fruits). Regarding liquids many juices, aerated drinks and health drinks can worsen acidity and induce gastric or small intestinal spasm, so preferable with be milk, that too after a bland diet.
