Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. There is no hard and fast rule as such, but 2-3times a week is fine. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc).

No it is not a calcium deficiency. The crackling voice is due to air trapped in bones which is totally normal.

Hi, yes, there is a strong relation with eye-sight having refractive errors causing headache. The eyes during accommodation for normal vision sends signals to the brain, when there is mismatch like what happens in refractive errors then vision center in brain has to face extra load identifying and correcting the signals. Hence in situations like this will experience in the form of headache. Try to consult your eye doctor and get appropriate glasses for your refractive error accordingly. Take care.

I'm Pavan of 17. My pennis size is small and it it not erect so I want to increase my pennis size and make it erect.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I'm Pavan of 17. My pennis size is small and it it not erect so I want to increase my pennis size and make it erect.
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.
