Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days. Do some breathing exercise-regularly.

Whatever energy body needs isq qqprovided by food. If you do not eat food properly, you are bound to get the weakness n lack of strength. Start eating healthy food on regular times. Medication. Tablet ashwagandha 2-2-2 tablet rasaayan 2-2-2 zest powder 2-2spoons in milk.

Hi. What your age? As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the Best! For Gaining Weight: Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Gain weight and make fit will be possible with combined action of diet and exercise. Increase the intake of energy and protein with exercise then you will get increase in muscle mass and your weight will increase. In general if you don't have any health related issue then the reason may be lack of proper food intake. At present I don't know how much energy you are consuming in a day and how much you are spending for the day. Through a complete dietary and life style recall will make me understand it. Try to include good protein sources (Egg, chicken, Fish, mutton, Milk, All pulses and all beans) with your each meal. Increase the intake of cereals, vegetables and fruits for carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Include different colored vegetables and fruits. Do regular moderate exercise and before one hour of exercise take energy rich juice or shakes and do the exercise and after exercise take protein rich snacks. Take at least 3 liter water in a day.

Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and milk -- bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note dont eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut butter -- peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you are trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated.
