Hello dear sir, am 24 years old, an my problem is all time weakness feeling me. What should I do?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. Avoid fast food, preserved food, oily and spicy food in general take homecooked food, low in oil and spices take lots of salads, vegetables, fresh fruits drink at least 3 lts water in a day once a week eat out, whatever you want to eat, but not on regular basis.

Mr. Lybrate-user, according to your information he is on 100 mcg of thyroxine and now the tsh value is 129.4 is that correct? what are the symptoms he has related to hypothyroidism? because with such high tsh he may be having a lot discomfort. If the results (values) are correct, then there has to be a substantial increase in the dose.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hye. Usually you would decide to take creatine supplementation to improve workout. Now, it all depends on YOUR definition of "workout" Just because you join the gym and pick a few weights or you want to grow muscles or gain weight does not justify taking creatine supplementation. Our body naturally creates creatine phosphate, and uses it as our "immediate energy system" This energy system is used during high-intensity, short duration bouts of exercises, such as: 40-100 meter sprint, first few reps of a power/heavy lift. In this case, taking a creatine supplement can benefit your intense training bouts, and help recovery in between sets. Creatine would help you with your cardio if and only if you were performing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), as this type of cardio requires high amounts of effort/energy, and utilizes glycolysis as well as your immediate (creatine phosphate) energy system. Creatine is designed to deliver more "pump" to the muscle thereby increasing muscular endurance. But mind you, just taking it to gain weight or taking it without the right type of "Workout" can lead to side effects. Creatine cannot be taken in isolation. The dosage and combinations depend on weight training and cardio workout intensity, basic intake, medical history and lifestyle.

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time.  Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce.  Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Hi lybrate user 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits sleep upto 10-10.30 pm. 3) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 2 tsf of shatavari kalp with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast b) take 60 ml of audumbaravleha along with 15 ml of honey and 2-2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa and madhumalini vasant rasa at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of fennel seeds along with 10 gm jiggery after meals d) eat 5-7 seeds of almonds during meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.

I have knee pain for couple of weeks. My Ortho prescribed me Supradyn, CarniQ, Shelcal and Etoshine. He advised me to avoid walking and sitting in floor but I couldn't as I just got married last week. I still have the pain but when I observed, is painful when an in office than at home. If you are loading you knees with 96 kgs, which are designed to carry 70 kgs, they are going to give way some day. Do knee exercises, reduce your food intake, check your thyroid, eat more salads, healthy foods. Do not eat fried foods, maida, sugar etc.

I am 41 years female and have pain in buttocks and legs since three months. Mri shows disc bulging. I am taking medications pregabalin sr and physiotherapy swd, ift, 3 excercises. Twice I took traction but it increased the pain. The excercises also seem to have increased the tingling and pain. Please advise.

One of the first things people cut when trying to lose weight are carbohydrates. Thus, add them back to your diet when you are trying to gain weight! The key is choosing carbohydrates that have nutritional value.Keep taking light refreshment in the form of fruits and nuts in between. Don?t forget to give water intake its due importance. Banana, milk, eggs including yellow yolk, mango, rice, gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. Avoid unhealthy and junk food.
