Hi, lybrate-user. These will help you to get a healthy body. (1) eat more food more oftenly (2) eat more whole cream milk or milk shake (3) add calorie dense foods like sweet potato, potato, avocado, almond, nuts, banana etc (4) dairy product like cheese, butter, ghee, paneer, cream (5) eat more protein like fish, egg, mushroom, chicken, tofu, seafood, peanuts etc (6) use weight gainer nutritional supplement (7) add cream with tea/coffee (8) eat more fruits, vegetables (9) regular exercise to stay fit and healthy (10) drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals. (11) proper rest.

Common signs and symptoms of dengue fever include: High fever, possibly as high as 105°F (40°C) Pain behind the eyes and in the joints, muscles and/or bones. Severe headache. Rash over most of the body. Mild bleeding from the nose or gums. Bruising easily.

Hello take homeopathic treatment. Consult me. Here are a few tips to lose weight in a month. Set a realistic goal of about 5 to 6 kgs in a month and get set go! •Food Diary: What you eat is the first thing that affects how smooth and effective your weight loss journey is. Remember to take stock of what you are eating in a day. Maintain a food diary for at least a week and take a look at it at the end of the week to realize where you may be going wrong. Remember to report even a bite of a snack or that piece of chocolate you took! You will be surprised with your findings.  •Diet Alterations: Get your diet under control by dividing it up into five or six small meals. Include vegetables, fruit, grains, water and some amount of dairy. Try to eliminate meat and sugar from your diet for a month. Also, you can substitute white rice with brown rice or other grains like quinoa. Remove Acne Scars with Professional Derma Treatments!

With the current self-obsession of the need to look good all the time, acne is seen as a major problem by the teenagers and even adults. It is related to the hormonal changes but also aggravated by food habits. During their active phase, acne causes a lot of pain and burning. There is a constant tendency to pick at them to get rid of the pain and the itching

They dry over a period of time and leave scars which are not as painful but are aesthetically a major concern. For someone with oily skin who are more prone for developing acne, these scar marks could be very traumatic emotionally. 

There is good news for these people as cosmetic advancements give multiple options for getting rid of these scars. Read on to know some of the most effective ones. 

  1. Laser: A beam of light is aimed at the scar tissue, which does not affect the surrounding tissue but gets rid of the scar tissue. In addition to acne, laser is used in multiple skin ailments (whiteheads, cysts, blackheads, etc.) There is an intense bacterial presence in the acne, and when the laser beam is aimed at the acne, the bacteria are killed. This also reduces further incidence of acne and amount of sebum produced. The number of sittings required would depend on the severity of acne, and most people would require 2 to 3 sittings for visible reduction of the scars. 
  2. Photofacials: The outer layer of the skin (epidermis) is cooled and the inner layer (dermis) is heated. This stimulates the production of collagen and fibrous tissue, which replaces the acne tissue, giving a fresher, youthful look. 

In both cases, remember to: 

  1. Avoid use of irritants like perfumes and deodorants in the affected area 
  2. Avoid waxing or shaving for at least 10 days before the procedure 
  3. Avoid exposure to harsh sun for about a week prior to the procedure 
  4. Avoid medicines which increase the risk of bleeding, aspirin for instance 

Post treatment: In both treatments, the skin may appear red, swollen, and inflamed for the first day. There also may be a prickly sensation, similar to a sunburn. Cool packs or moist clean clothes and a good moisturiser can be used to soothe the skin. Avoid makeup until the skin is back to normal appearance. Depending on the type of skin and acne, the appearance will take about weeks to months after the procedure.

Hi lybrate user, excessive means how many tablets, it's an emergency please visit hospital immediately as early you treat less damage to liver. In early stages there won't be any symptoms. If it is overdose then you may have nausea, vomiting, weakness. If you are too late then you may have pain in abdomen rt side, giddiness, blackouts.

Food provide us energy and body building materials so you have to concentrate on you diet pattern. Whole grain food materials, avocado, banana, dairy products, potato, nuts, smoothies are some weight gaining food stuff. Take frequents meals. Do exercise daily.

Water therapy is not the the solution for gain weight. It is beneficial for our digestive system. You must take soaked black raisons daily and soaked figs daily in the morning. Also you should take banana shake grapes juice and mango shake daily for one month.

If you had taken IPill then there is no chance of pregnancy. However do a pregnancy test 10 days after missed period and follow the advice and treatment.

How can spinal compression be treated? The ortho said it will cure in sometime automatically soon? Is it any major concern please help? As its been almost 4 months now that I had injury physio told me exercises so after doing it the pain is almost gone but sometimes it feels like little pain in between? So after x ray doctor told its compression in lower back and it will cure soon don't want it to be an issue in future so please help thank you.

u have to do life time exercise no heavy weight lifting spinal cord compression can improve by that means only by that.otherwise surgical operation but after physiotherapy u have improved a lot so continue that no major problem will happen in future review back Be Healthy Happy

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Not everyone who worries a lot has an anxiety disorder. You may be anxious because of an overly demanding schedule, lack of exercise or sleep, pressure at home or work, or even from too much coffee. The bottom line is that if your lifestyle is unhealthy and stressful, you’re more likely to feel anxious—whether or not you actually have an anxiety disorder. So if you feel like you worry too much, take some time to evaluate how well you’re caring for yourself. Do you make time each day for relaxation and fun? Are you getting the emotional support you need? Are you taking care of your body? Are you overloaded with responsibilities? Do you ask for help when you need it? If your stress levels are through the roof, think about how you can bring your life back into balance. There may be responsibilities you can give up, turn down, or delegate to others. If you’re feeling isolated or unsupported, find someone you trust to confide in. Just talking about your worries can make them seem less frightening. Take care of yourself Connect with others. Loneliness and isolation set the stage for anxiety. Decrease your vulnerability by reaching out to others. Make it a point to see friends, join a self-help or support group, or share your worries and concerns with a trusted loved one. Practice relaxation techniques. When practiced regularly, relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and deep breathing can reduce anxiety symptoms and increase feelings of relaxation and emotional well-being. Exercise regularly. Exercise is a natural stress buster and anxiety reliever. To achieve the maximum benefit, aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on most days. Get enough sleep. A lack of sleep can exacerbate anxious thoughts and feelings, so try to get seven to nine hours of quality sleep a night. If you struggle with sleep, adopting smart sleep habits can make a big difference. Be smart about caffeine and alcohol. If you struggle with anxiety, you may want to consider reducing your caffeine intake or cutting it out completely. Same with alcohol, which can make anxiety worse. Train your brain to stay calm. Worrying is a mental habit you can learn how to break. Strategies such as creating a worry period, challenging anxious thoughts, and learning to accept uncertainty can significantly reduce anxiety and fear.
