1. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. Buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3. Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5. Try to sleep before 11: 00 p. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 6. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame.

I have quite dry skin. Any recommended safe body moisturiser to put daily on body.
Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Asthma generally happens with some trigger or provoking factors like dust, fumes, vapors, smells etc. Identify them properly. Improve breathing capacity by regular early morning pranayam. Regular aerobics will help you to increase stamina. Steam inhalation will help to have cleaning effect. Use inhaler therapy of budecort or aerocort pumps. It is more effective and instant.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. You have to increase your food intake; follow 5 time small meal pattern. Start taking bananas, mangoes+ 1 glass milk+ protein supplement (proteinX), 4-5 almonds. Follow healthy food options to increase weight ; avoid junk. Start taking 2tsp alovera and 2 tsp amla jiuice in a cup of water every early morning to detoxiification as it would help in weight gain. Drink plenty of water, have fruits, fresh fruit juices, raw paneer, eggs, do some physical activity!

I am male 22. When ever I get into some argument aur a fight or on a stage having audience. My body just dose listen to me and starts shaking although I m not afraid it feels like my body is afraid. My legs give up and my hands starts shaking wot can I do to overcome this.

My 2nd echo says that cardiomyopaty. Where as my tmt is negative. Should I go for any further exams. What care I should take. My bp is normal. On telmisartin 80 mg.

Take normal and healthy diet, regular walking with exercise at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Please take Dr. Reckeweg's r - 3 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

गेहूं के जवारे को आम गेहूं अनाज से उगाया जाता है। वर्षों से गेहूं के जवारे के रस को एक शक्तिशाली पेय के रूप में जाना गया है। गेहूं के जवारे कई खनिजों, विटामिन, और जिगर एंजाइमों का एक बड़ा स्रोत है। गेहूं के जवारे में विटामिन ए, विटामिन सी, विटामिन ई, विटामिन के, और बी शामिल हैं। यह पोटेशियम, आहार फाइबर, थायामिन, राइबोफ़्लिविन, नियासिन, विटामिन बी 6, पैंटोथेनिक एसिड, लोहा, जस्ता, तांबे, मैंगनीज और सेलेनियम का भी स्रोत है।
इसका उपयोग हेमोग्लोबिन का उत्पादन बढ़ाने, रक्त शर्करा विकारों में सुधार लाने, दांत क्षय को रोकने, तेजी से घाव भरने और बैक्टीरिया संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए किया जाता है। कुछ लोग भूरे बालों को रोकने, उच्च रक्तचाप को कम करने, पाचन में सुधार लाने और कोलेस्ट्रॉल के अवशोषण को अवरुद्ध करने के लिए इसका उपयोग करते हैं।


गेहूं के जवारे के लाभ

hi take fucus v Q 10drops 3times daily. thuja 1m 4pills once only senecio aur Q 10drops + Jonosia Q 10drops 2times daily. narayani tonic 1spoonful 2times daily.
