Dear Lybrate user, bad breath can be due to an unclean tongue, decaying tooth, reduced flow of saliva in mouth etc. Consult your dentist to know the exact cause and follow the treatment accordingly. Natural Breath sweeteners like saunf (fennel seeds) he; lp in increasing saliva flow.

I have desk job and my weight has increase alot so how could I reduce it as I don't have time for exercise.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 10 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS

avoid these hair color, to get a healthy hair for lifetime , start using aloe vera as shampoo every alternative days, plant a aloevera in your house, and use it natural, find a person who can teach you sheershasana and do sheershasana regulary, 10 mintues sheershasana if done regularly then you will not have a single white color hair on your head till you are 70 years, these hair colors are having chemicals which is not just damaging your hairs but also your nervous system, use curd once a month as a conditioner for your hair

At present I am 60 kg. indeed to increase my weight to 67 kg. Pls provide me good & healthy way to increase. My age is 33. I look very lean against my height so this doesn't give me best appearance during meetings and other occasions. So kindly advice any best diet chart. Thanks in advance.

For a healthy weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 1 TSF of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. You should be happy with your natural skin tone, there is beauty in all skin colours. There are no creams which can change your natural skin colour. If it does, I would be careful as there can be long term disadvantages to these. You may use creams/serums which offer brightening benefits, which brings luminosity and give a healthy skin. Always apply a sunscreen with SPF 25-30 whenever you are exposed to sun. If you would like to go for a more natural approach, you can try rubbing the slices of lemons, potato, tomatoes, cucumber which are also found to be beneficial in clearing the complexion. You should consume carrots. My 5 year kid is under weight. She is very active, playing for 3-4 hrs everyday. But eats very less food. I am giving dry fruits (3-4 Cashews, 2 Almonds, 1-2 Dates, 4-5 Pista) & some fruits (banana, guava, apple) every day evening & egg at night & fish/meat once in a week? Can you suggest any change in diet?

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. If your child is active and playful and can concentrate in studies then no need to panic, with good diet and indulging in play or sport will help him gain weight.

Men who have frequent wet dreams should have yogurt twice or thrice in a day. Yogurt is good for health and it lowers the chances of getting wet dreams. If you include yogurt in your diet, you will see the difference in few day’s time. It is advisable that you should have a big bowl of yogurt thrice in a day. This will help you for sure! Stop watching porn if you are doing so. Take balance diet
