Hello apply aloe vera gel on the black spots twice daily. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. Apply rose water to your face at night. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

1. Olive Oil

Olive oil is good for your skin, especially during the winter when the skin tends to become drier. Being rich in vitamins A and E as well as several other minerals and natural fatty acids, it helps hydrate the skin to maintain its elasticity and softness.

It also prevents skin aging, the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and protects the skin from free radical damage.
•Before taking a bath, rub warm olive oil over your face, the backs of your arms, your elbows and your knees. Massage gently for a few minutes, then take a warm bath. Afterward, pat your skin dry and wipe away the excess oil. Your skin will become amazingly soft and smooth.
•Also, use extra-virgin olive oil in salad dressings and cooking.

2. Grapefruit

Grapefruit contains vitamin C, an antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical damage. It also has lycopene that helps keep your skin smooth.

The potassium present in it can prevent wrinkles and age spots as well as protect the skin against harmful UV sunrays. The amino acids in grapefruit make your skin more firm and soft.

Plus, the unique phytochemical known as naringin in grapefruit reduces toxins in the liver, which results in healthier skin.
•Drink fresh grapefruit juice on a regular basis during the winter.

Plus, they help give your skin a more youthful look by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
•In addition to eating avocados, you can make a hydrating face mask with the fruit. Scoop the flesh out of a ripe avocado and mash it properly. Mix in 1 teaspoon each of honey and olive oil. Apply this smooth paste on your face. Allow it to dry, then rinse it off with warm water. Use this face mask a few times a week.
•Avocado oil is highly moisturizing for dull, dehydrated and itchy winter skin. You can use this oil to massage your body before taking a bath.

4. Carrots

Carrots are loaded with vitamin A and other antioxidants that can keep your skin healthy, vibrant and glowing even during the harsh winter days. They can also prevent signs of aging like wrinkles, pigmentation and an uneven skin tone.

Plus, carrots contain the carotenoids beta-carotene and lycopene that help protect your skin against UV damage. Being rich in potassium, they also help solve the problem of dry skin.
•Drinking a glass of carrot juice daily is a great way to keep your skin hydrated from within.
•You can also make a moisturizing face mask with carrots. Mix 2 teaspoons of pureed carrots, 1 teaspoon each of honey and milk cream, and a few drops of olive oil. Apply it on your clean face. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse it off will cold water. Use this face mask a few times a week to enjoy soft, glowing and moisturized skin.

5. Broccoli

Broccoli is another healthy vegetable for your skin. It is packed with skin-boosting ingredients like vitamins A and C as well as natural estrogens that can do wonders for your skin.

Spinach has high vitamin A content, an antioxidant that keeps your skin healthy and improves skin tone. Another antioxidant, vitamin C, helps repair skin cells and keeps your skin looking beautiful.

Also, spinach is an excellent source of iron. Iron deficiency can leave you with pale-looking skin along with frail health. Spinach also has lutein that protects the skin from sun damage.

8. Green Tea


Green tea is rich in antioxidants that fight free radical damage to your skin. This can prevent dryness and flaky skin as well as improve your complexion. Plus, the polyphenols in green tea can prevent and reduce signs of premature aging like wrinkles, age spots and saggy skin.
•You can simply splash cool green tea on your face and then rinse your face with cool water.
•To make a gentle exfoliating mask at home, mix the contents of a used green tea bag with a little honey to make a paste. Apply it on your clean face, leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Do this once or twice a week.
•Lastly, do not forget to drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily.


9. Salmon


To have beautiful glowing skin during the winter months, you must include salmon in your diet. Its high amount of omega-3 fatty acids nourishes from within. This helps maintain plumpness and moisture even when exposed to skin-drying winter winds and central heating.

Plus, it has selenium, a mineral that protects the skin from harmful UV rays. In addition, the zinc in salmon stimulates the production of new skin cells.

Eat 2 servings of salmon weekly. Instead of fried salmon dishes, opt for grilled or baked salmon to enjoy smooth, clear and glowing skin.


10. Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate, especially that with at least 70 percent cocoa content, is considered good for your skin. It is rich in flavonols that can help your skin look its best even during the harsh conditions of the winter season.

Flavonols are antioxidants that help your skin protect itself from UV damage, fight free radicals, keep skin soft and supple, and increase blood flow.
•Eat just 2 to 3 ounces of dark chocolate weekly to reap the benefits of glowing and beautiful skin.
•You can also add glow to dull skin with a dark chocolate face mask. Melt a bar of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Mix in 1 teaspoon each of gram flour and milk cream along with a little lemon juice. Apply it all over your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Use this face mask once a week.

Honey should not be mixed with any warm item like water/ milk .because the outcome of this is chemical substance which is harmfull to bodyache. So avoid to use this combination.

Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. U can also use a natural face pack of orange,honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off.This vil decrease the the oil,whiten and moisturise ur skin.

1. Use soap free cleansers and a good scrub so as to keep your skin moist all the time.
2. An alcohol free toner is suggested as the high humidity could open up your pores (toning is usually followed after cleansing).
3. Heavy makeup is a huge turn off in rains, better if one opts for a water- proof makeup.
4. Most of them stop using sunscreen once the climate turns cool, but you must continue it even if it is cloudy.
5. Always wash your face, hands and feet as soon as you reach your home with lukewarm water. This makes you feel refreshed and stay healthy.
6. Avoid bleaching and facials in this season, as bleaching could do more harm for your face and facial makes your skin rough.
7. Wash your lips at night and apply some milk cream. Avoid lipsticks especially the dark shaded ones. Apply coconut oil if they are slightly cracked.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

Pre ejacautory secretion is normal secrerion and is normally occurring in men Just washing is enough of the fluid. If there is itching there may be fungal infection and antifungal cream can be used.

Dear lybrate-user. Congratulations for using steroid on face. Betnovate C will never help you on your face. Slap the person who suggested you this. Its slightly difficult to get your normal skin back. Either visit a Dermatologist or take a private consultation.

Start taking naturamore male powder 1 spoon daily in morning and evening for 1 month. This will definitely give you results. As the Powder is rich in Omega 3, it will help you with the pain. Just inform me if you are not getting the powder. And as for the texture, you can use mixture of bengal gram powder, honey, lemon and water in a paste form and apply it on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off. Do this twice a week. Take care. :)

Hi lybrate user. A) apply paste of 5-5-5 ml of garlic juice, fresh lemon juice and honey on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of trifala juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days, it gives you good result, reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Hello, white patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc.
