I am not having refreshing sleep from past few months. Erections are not good and early ejaculation is common for me. Earlier I used to use jolfresh tablets. I could get proper sleep and was sexual life was very good. Now I could not get those tablet. Could you pls suggest some good tablets for refreshing sleep and good sex life.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. If any medical issue is there visit a doctor.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hello I had sex with my wife and used protection and after having sex she felt itching into her vagina because of condom oil and she felt stomach pain after 1 day. What type of diet you r taking. It depends on your weight and digestion. Daily morning start to take half tsp of turmeric powder with water. Be alert about your digestion and constipation. Take herbal tea and soup daily.

Do not shampoo hairs frequently. Have date buds daily night. Milk with badam powder is good for hair growth. Apply bringamalaki oil.

Hi, monthly period depends upon hormonal cycle linked with ovary and uterus. Gnrh causes release of oestrogen and progesterone hormone from ovary. Oestrogen hormone initiates bleeding and progesterone helps in ceasing. If gnrh fails in releasing two hormone at that time period disturbance will be seen. So true fact is that masturbated mind hampers your adequate release of hormonal action so be balanced in body and mind. Ok.

I am 19 years old, I have to daily travel for about 2 hrs. I get tired n also have leg pain & tiredness as my diet is not so proper. In morning at about 9: 30 I eat something little and then at 2 I have my lunch. Can you suggest me some foods that give instant energy n also for strong muscles.

You cannot get strong muscles with foods only but food supports if you do proper physical exercises. Pl start taking high protein diet and if you are non veg start taking sea food or fish, white of an egg etc. Fruits of the season and dry fruits having more nuts may be preferred. We also have saptadhatu nourishment powder to be taken once or twice with milk or hot water which helps in such condition and result is evident in 4 weeks. Till then pl massage with mahavishgarbh oil little heated and bath after two hrs at night or next day with hot water.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. 1st you should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and sugar. Stuffed parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits.

Rub dermacid cream on marks. Take 2to3 litter water daily. Change food habites. Add in your daily food vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, milk. Dry fruites, fruites. Take 6 to 8 huors sleep. Bath with pears soap.

Home Remedy- Drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Treatment- 1-take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. 2-Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Diet-avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.
