How to Beat Your Fears

1. First, acknowledge your fear. This is a huge first step. If you do just this today, you’ve done something great. Many of us have these fears, but they are at the back of our mind, unnoticed, unacknowledged, as we try to ignore them and pretend they’re not there. But they are there. And they affect us. So acknowledge the fear.

2. Write it down. What’s your fear? Write it on a piece of paper. Writing it down takes the fear from the dark lurking places in the back of your mind, where it has power over you, out into the light of day, where you have power over the fear.

3. Feel the fear. Recognize that you’re not alone, that we ALL have these fears. There’s nothing wrong with having this fear. Allow yourself to feel it. It’s a part of you, but it doesn’t control you. Remember you can “feel the fear and do it anyway.”

4. Ask yourself: what’s the worst thing that can happen? Often it’s not as bad as we think. Do you fear being rejected by someone? What would happen if you were? You’d lick your wounds, you’d find someone else, and you’d go on living.

5. Just do it. To beat the fear, you have to just do it. Ignore your fears and just go for it!

6. Be in the moment. Fear of failure (and other similar fears) are fears of the future. We get caught up in worrying about what might happen. When you find yourself thinking about the past or future, bring yourself back in the moment and focus on what you’re doing right at this moment.

7. Small steps. Start small. Do something you know you can do. Allow yourself to feel good about that - and then take another small baby step. Keep doing this …

8. Celebrate every success! Make a note of every single thing you do right, even the smallest little thing. Use this feeling of success to propel yourself forward and take the next step. Then keep building on each previous success ….

Please suggest me any medical or surgical way to get the fair complex...
Hello, take natrum mur 200, 3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin c content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes. Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturiser. You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey.

I am love failure. I got very depressed by this. I want to start my new life forgetting all of my past what should I do.
Forgetting is rather a difficult thing because you cannot fool your memories. The best thing is getting over your failures by building new memories and gradually replacing old ones. Be with friends and family and people who care for you. Pamper yourself. Eat healthy. Enjoy your hobbies. Relax and have good sleep at night. If you are finding problems with it then contact me online

I do smoking 7 times in a week. What will it effect in my body...
Normally when the boy attains puberty, possible between ages of 13 to 16 years, the hair growth starts from above the upper lip, chin and body. This happens when the male sex hormone “ Testosterone” is secreted from the testes. When a boy attains puberty, a centre in the brain called Hypothalamus, stimulates the Pituitary gland, which secretes two important hormones. Various hormones control hair growth. Thyroid hormone and growth hormone affects hair growth. The most important hormone controlling growth are "androgens" commonly known as “male” hormones. Except in the scalp, androgens cause hair to change from "vellus" to "terminal". Every boy has same number of soft light colored hair on face in beard moustache area and other part of body. These are called vellus hair they are soft and light in colour , so that they are less easily visible. At the time of puberty and. beginning of genital development male hormone testosterone act on the various sensors in the hair roots of face and other parts of body. The blood supply in the hair root increases and hair grow from each follicle resulting in faster, darker and stronger hair. Thus in normal boys in two to three years full beard and moustache develops. When serum testosterone falls down the hair follicle fails or shows less growth.

You are a young person with small kidney stones. Most of the time these small stones pass by its own. Drink frequent water and citrus fruits help in prevention of stone. Please confirm on ncct kub about stones. Most of the times this size stones are not properly confirmed on ultrasound. Dietary restriction are not practical so eat normal balanced diet.
