Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

You are 40 years and in middle of your life, I do not know your medical history and the nature of your job any way in general the best way to de stress yourself will be to do meditation that's for your mind for your body regularly go for a walk for 30 mts atleast best time would be in the mornings, you will see nature at its best, try free hand exercises aow if you do it regularly you be physically fit and mentally peaceful.

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion and for a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear lybrate-user, Wash your face twice to thrice daily when you come back from college or work, It will remove dust which hasbeen deposited on your face. There are also skin whitening creams available but for that I will suggest you to visit a dermatologist who will advise you better.

Take onion and garlic as much as you can in raw form only both of them will increase you testosterone levels. Also take ashvagandha churan daily in morning and evening 1 tsf with milk after food.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Dear user. I can understand. If you have irregular period or are not sure when you ovulated, you can do a URINE HOME PREGNANCY TEST 14 days after you last had unprotected sex. However for accuracy of result, it is recommended to do the test 21 days after intercourse. To TEST PREGNANCY AT HOME simply add urine to a small piece of soap, if froth forms, or if the soap bubbles up, the test is positive. Mix ¼ cup of tuna juice and ¼ cup of vinegar in a plastic cup. Now pee in a separate cup and then add your urine to this mixture. After a few minutes, if the color changes to green, then you are pregnant. Take care.

Hi, acne scars need a lot of patience to fade away. 1) stay out of the sun. Exposing scars to the sun can cause them to darken and slow the healing process, ultraviolet rays of sun stimulate melanocytes (pigment-producing cells), leading to further discoloration. 2) use an oil free sunscreen with spf more than 30.3) don't pick and squeeze your pimples. Acne scars are typically indented because of collagen loss from intense inflammation. 4) apply lemon juice mixed with honey, aloe vera juice directly from the plant and give your face an olive oil massage before sleeping. 5) take vitamin a supplements. 6) try homoeopathic berberis aquifolium gel to remove scars.

You need to improve your oral hygiene habit. Only brushing teeth is not enough. Cleaning the tongue & cheeks is also important as food does stick on the tongue also. You can use your soft/medium tooth brush to clean your tongue. Use a good non alcohol mouth wash. The problem will be taken care off.

Lybrate-user, according to ayurveda it is symptoms of indigestion called aamajirna. Other symptoms associated with it are heavyness in abdomen, lazyness, stiffness in morning, getting full with little quantity of food, weight gain, pain in calf muscles etc main treatment is too reduce quantity of food * take only warm water * take ginger & turmeric before food 30 min * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp after food *avoid day sleep * avoid curd * take only cow milk & ghee * avoid sour salty & sweet food * start exercise let me know progress.

Switch Up Shampoos You find that one shampoo?that one anti-dandruff shampoo that finally works. Deep down, you know it?s the shampoo for you. Then, without any warning, it just?quits on you. The dandruff starts coming back, and it?s time to realize that you have to move on if you want to shake the flake. This isn?t uncommon-people often build up a tolerance to a shampoo and its active ingredient. If yours stops working abruptly this may be the case, so switch as soon as you can. To keep this from happening, switch up what you?re using every month or so. Find 3 different kinds of anti-dandruff shampoo, each with a different formulation, and rotate them to prevent them from becoming ineffective. Aspirin can help with more than just headaches-it?s also an easy at-home remedy for dandruff. Pure Aspirin uses a large percentage of Salicylic Acid, which is an active ingredient in many commercial anti-dandruff shampoos. Salicylic Acid has fungicidal and anti-microbial properties to fight the extra flakes caused by fungus, while the Aspirin helps with the inflamed skin that often goes hand-in-hand with severe cases of dandruff. You will need? -2 white Aspirin tablets -Shampoo Directions? Crush up the Aspirin until it becomes a fine powder. Add it to your regular shampoo before use, making sure to leave it in your hair for about 2 minutes before rinsing completely. Veggies: Green leafy vegetables in particular impact how our skin behaves. It encourages healthy hair, skin, and nail growth, so shoot for stuff like broccoli, kale, and lettuce (NOT iceberg) to add to your diet. Fish Oils: Fish oil can make a difference in the overall make-up of your skin. Taking fish oil supplements will not cure your dandruff, but it can help lessen its severity and/or prevent it. Lean Proteins: To minimize dandruff, try eating more lean proteins. They help to build hair and skin and keep it coming in healthy. Aim for fish and non-meat proteins, such as eggs, nuts, and beans.
