You can do abortion with tabs but under the supervision of a gyn it is not safe to take self medicaton in such a issue as your future pregnancies depend on this too.

MOST PROBABLY YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM OA OF KNEE. Knee surgery-TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT (TKR) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in DELHI. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem. Hi, Firstly let me tell you that you are going through a little difficult phase of your life, but this will pass. Never give up Hope. You can lose weight slowly bit by bit. -Ghee / Oils.. Everyday not more than 5 teaspoons total - Sugar- Not more than 4 teaspoons Nuts etc, not more than 10. Drink more water Eat more fruits Drink toned milk. Start doing 30 mins walk or light exercise everyday. Bit by bit you can get fit and healthy. All the best

According to recent statistics only 40% of Indian women opt for preventive health check. Majority resort to self medication and ignore the signs and symptoms of a major illness. Ignorance and neglect leads to complications and fatality. It is important that every woman understands the importance of her health and prevention. Given below are some aspects that ever women needs to consider and implement:

  • Physical examination every 2 to 3 years.
  • Breast check- to identify early signs of breast cancer. Mammography- every 1 to 2 years after the age of 40 years.
  • Screening for thyroid should be done at regular intervals.
  • Screening for diabetes- every 3 years after the age of 45 years.
  • Screening for cholesterol and blood pressure - every 5 years after the age of 35 years to reduce the risk of heart diseases.
  • Women should undergo screening for osteoporosis. Bone mineral density test helps to identify problems early and treatment should be started to prevent fractures.
  • Eye examination is essential after every 1 year to prevent eye related problems.
  • PAP Smear test - Women at the age of 21 to 30 should undergo a pap smear test every 3 years. This is an essential test for checking cervical cancer. After the age of 30 years. PAP smear+ HPV test should be done every 5 years.
  • Screening for ovarian cancer- a vaginal ultrasound is recommended to patients with a family history of cancer in ovary or any pelvic pain should undergo this test.

Most importantly if you detect any abnormality in your body it is essential that you consult a doctor immediately. Ignoring or neglecting the signs and symptoms can complicate matters.

Physical Exercise:

FITT-  formula to remain FIT –

F (Frequency) - Daily, minimum 5 days a week

I (Intensity) – Moderate – Low  - for older people and just starting exercise program

T (Type) - aerobic + resistance

Aerobic - (walking, running, cycling. swimming)

1. Use large muscles (legs , shoulder, arms , chest)

2. Can be done continuously

3. Burns calories and helps in losing fat

Resistance:

1. After aerobic exercise

2. Two/three times a week

3. Maintains muscles while losing fat

4. Can do free weights

5. Do not do if BP > 160/100 mm of Hg .

You should attend english speaking classes, elocution classes, and public speaking courses to improve your pronunciation. There is good video material in the british council that are useful too. This is not a big deal and you can do it in a short time.

Increase fibers in diet. That will make stools bulky and soft. There is good amount of fiber in green leafy vegetables, carrots and cucumber.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so can try homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. A-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. •Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. •Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
