Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.

Dear, most commonly in hot summer months lot of fluids are lost due to perspiration and through respiration. So concentrated urine is passed to save fluid loss. So increase fluid intake. If you are taking medicines like b complex then again urine would be yellow. In jaundice also. Dr. Kiran mehta.

Head lice are spread from an infected person to an uninfected person by direct contact with the hair, sharing of combs, towels, clothes. Lice bites can make a person's scalp itchy and irritated. Most lice feed on blood several times a day, and they can survive up to 2 days off the scalp. Hope you got your answer.

Use parsley and jeera seeds while cooking vegetables. Please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables, salty foods, spicy foods, long preserved, frozen foods, junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. Drink two glasses of warm water on empty stomach every morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. Try it! This works amazingly! In addition, walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. Please also do meditation regularly and sincerely which has been scientifically proved for overall health.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing belly fat few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

My lips are bit dark, dull, dry and flaky, though I follow a healthy diet (fresh fruits n vegetables & water). Please suggest me some good budget friendly lip moisturizers with spf if necessary. I use maybelline baby lip balm in day time which do soothes and tints my lips but just for about 5hrs and gets back to normal after the lip balm fades away. Also suggest any natural treatment for same.

Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and rub it on your lips. It will exfoliate dead cells so new, fresh skin can appear. Use this remedy daily for a few weeks.

1. Avoid direct contact with sunlight. use sunscreen. 2. Apply pure honey to your face, leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. This simple remedy will help remove dead skin cells, making your skin appear brighter and fresher than before. Do this once daily. 3. To make a skin-lightening mask, combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Mix them well and apply it gently on the skin. Leave it on for 10 to15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Do this every other day

Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. Make a hair pack by mixing amla (indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

Top 5 Recommended Exercises To Get In Shape Quickly
Getting bulges on the wrong places is common as you grow. Waist line stretching, jiggling arms, fat on thighs and unwanted tyres on your torso keep chasing you. Get fitter, toned and chiselled. Deal with all such issues by learning these tone-up moves.

1) Push Ups - The best of all. They target all muscles, from your arms to your abs to your legs and the butt. If they feel difficult at first, go on to your knees. But once you feel strong, go ahead and do the full ones. Push-ups should ideally be done as many as you can!

2) Squats - A simple squat exercise can take care of all the fat accumulated at your bottom. For a squat, stand hip width apart go down to your knees, make sure that the knees don't come ahead of your ankle. Then, move up slowly. Repeat.

3) Crossover Lunge - Arms at shoulder height with palms down. Now, step with one foot forward, crossing the other. Twist the torso. This is a cross-over lunge. It will help your oblique, sides bulges and legs all at the same time.

4) Bench Dips - Take a car or a bench. Place your hands at hip width apart and move forward. Now, press yourself up and down. Bench Dips are excellent for toning your arms.

5) Plank - Simple but great for your core. Plank requires you to stay in the first part of a push up position. Make sure that everything, from your head to your ankle are in a straight line. Suck the stomach in. Don't let your hips sag.

Hello Doctor, I am 24 year old female. I have some lumps in my both breasts. I did went through multiple tests and found that they are Fibroadenoma. Is it mandatory to go for a surgery and remove them from my body or simply can I just ignore? Thanks in Advance.

Let me clearly tell you that finding a lump in breast can be a scary experience but not all lumps in breast are cancerous. Fibroadenoma is non cancerous. It is usually found in female less than 30 years of age it consists of breast tissue and connective (stromal )tissue while most women have single lump ,10-15 %of women have multiple lumps. If you are diagnosed of fibroadenoma it does not necessarily mean it has to be removed. Depending on your physical symptoms ,family history, and personal concerns you along with your doctor can deciede on wether it should be removed now let me tell you the indications in which fibroadenoma is usually removed 1.if it hinders the natural shape of breast 2.if it causes pain 3.if you are concerned about developing cancer 4.if you have a family history of cancer 5.if you have recieved questionable biopsy results.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Homeo. Med. Best work to your problem the following med. Can use,(1) petroleum-30,(2) agaricus-30 and (3)-hamamelis-30 all meds. Are taken three times a day for 15days.
