A little curvature in the penis is normal nothing is required to be done for that but if it is substantial then you can consult a good physician and get it checked clinically.

Frequencyof urine has increased since few days only in midnight. I hv to get up almost around 4 to5 times in night. Why is this so?

For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.

I can't do sports. In my pt period, I am always the last. I become breathless very very fast. Sometimes I have chest pain. My mom says I don't have enough bled because when I get hurt by something I jusy have a very small amount off bled.

Dear lybrateuser, to perform well in sports you have to have a proper nutritious diet. -have your meals on time -have milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, whole grain foods like pasta, bread, chapatti. -to boost your iron levels have green leafy veg like spinach, methi, non veg, jiggery. -also sleep well 7-8 hrs at night -keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day -have a snack like bread & cheese, a banana or biscuit one hour before playling a sport.

Hello Dietitian, I would like to know a best dite chart to loose my weight. I weigh 147 Kgs and now I have woke up and started Gym work outs like only cardio exercise for almost 2 hours a day. But I want a good dite chart and if anyone can please help me, I would really be thankful. I also like to know if I can take these weight loss drinks (Nutrilife etc) to loose weight and is it healthy and do they cause any side effects. Hello sir it's really appreciable that you are alarmed and doing cardio exercise for the same. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. Ideally it's a slow process. It requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietitian) along with exercises which you are already doing. Include green tea, lemon water, salad vegetables like cabbage, carrot, cucumber, kakri, tomato etc, seasonal fruits, whole cereals. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Don't skip breakfast. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Avoid carbonated drinks, fried foods, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. hi you should go a eye check up again because there might be any change your number. Wash your eyes with clean water twice daily and instill 2 drops of CmD2 eye drop in each eye twice daily. DO the below given exercises to strengthen your eye muscles;- 1. Palm your eyes:-Sit comfortably in a chair. Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cover them lightly with your cupped palms. Avoid applying pressure to your eyeballs. Make sure no light can enter your eyes though gaps between your fingers Take deep breaths slowly and evenly while thinking of a calming scene, like an empty beach, a clear lake, or a still mountain. Once you see nothing but blackness, remove your palms from your eyes. Repeat the palming for 3 minutes or more. 2. Massage your eyes. This will help to improve blood circulation around your eyes and face.

HI 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days gives you good result…THANKS.
