Dear Sir/Madam, please guide When I do heavy workout, fast running or after playing hours of tennis my tibia and calf started to so much pain. I feel such a tibia is broken. I feel so much muscle pain. I use ice and hot water for calm down it. But much pain remains. There is no injury at all. You are requested to suggest way to be strong tibia and calf for my better performance in tennis game.

Increase your liquid intake, increase milk products and protein in your diet, take rest for 10 days than again start game for few minutes only daily for one week than start your time of playing gradually. This problem is not because of weakness this is basically shin tibia.

Hiii, I got an accident before 6 year in my knee (torn of acl nd meniscus of grade 3) and right now my injured leg is getting thinner as compare to other leg. But right now I can not get surgery. I will get my surgery done after 4 month. What should I do to avoid thinning of leg? And is there any problem in delaying surgery?

Delay in ACL surgery more than 6 months, does affect outcome. since it's already 6 years, another 4 months won't make a difference, provided:- 1) all activities that increase pain and instability are avoided 2) exercises are done regularly. That will also restore bulk of your leg to some extent

It may be meniscus injury. Take rest for few days. Apply ice pack 5 times daily for 10 minutes every time. You will need some medicines. Consult orthopaedic surgeon.

I am a male, aged 66 years. For the last two-three days I am having a strange feeling in the left part of my left foot. When I touch my foot, a portion of it feels numbness or a lack of touch feeling. It was more severe in the beginning but now slowly this feeling has decreased to some extent. I am 20 years old female. I have back pain in the middle of my back bone but I am suffering this problem only mid night or early morning and day time my pain is not there. What should I do to get relief from it?

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. Hi lybrate-user. If your standing for long durations, then you have to see that your foot wear are appropriate. Try using flat foot wear, with cushion. Preferably mcr chappal.

Tea For Swollen Legs
There are many reasons as to why legs may be swollen.
Menstruation
An unhealthy diet
Pregnancy
Poor blood circulation
Excessive body weight is all reasons individuals may have swollen legs.

Parsley Tea is wonderful for helping to get rid of excessive fluid in the body.

For the recipe you will need parsley roots and leaves and water.

To begin, chop the parsley very finely.

Add 5 teaspoons of parsley to half a liter of fresh water and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat source, and let the tea steep for 20 minutes.

Strain well. Drink the tea three times per day until the swollen leg condition resides.
