Yes you should go for vit d yest, uric acid level test, because if deficiency of vit d, you will experience pain in every joint and muscle one by one. - if deficiency is there than consult physician as it will take a year to overcome vit d deficiency. - right now you can do knee and ankle exercises. - knee exercise - with your knee straight and back supported, keep towel roll beneath your knee and press it till you count 30 and tha releive .do this atleast 10 times for 2- 3 times day - do ankle pumps for ankle exercises. - precautions: - avoid stress to your joints - wear knee cap to avoid knee twisting while walking - avoid cross sitting - use of indian toilet - avoid prolonged standing.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. I will be able to advise you certain key points about your lower back pain but for abdominal pain, you are advised to get in touch of a gastroenterologist or even a general surgeon opinion may be helpful. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

I am suffering from both of maxillary sinusitis what is the reason behind it and how can it be controlled kindly suggest me.

Main symptoms for maxillary sinusitis are thick nasal discharge, headache, watering eyes, forehead pain, recurrent infection of nose and mouth, post nasal drip, sinusitis, is nothing but a physiological disorder of nose which led by malfunctioning of aerodynamics of nose (temporary sinusitis, secondly it is because of repeated infections of the sinus (permanent sinusitis) sinuses regulations and air conditioning of the air which we breathe and to get the benefit of above we must have normal, well sized opened sinusitis and hence nose breathing is required, those who breathe from mouth, they have tendency to get more throat and lungs infections. Recurrent sinus infection, pollution, poor diet, spicy food, long term steam inhalation from nose, and allergies leads to thick discharge from nose. This thick mucus if stays in the sinuses, it leads to irritation of the sinus skin which is mucosa and this go on growing hence leads to permanent sinusitis this extra growth is called nasal polyps this is where patient needs surgical correction. If patient comes to nose surgeon at right time, doctor can revert his/her symptoms and surgery can be abandoned. Sinusitis if patient does not take serious steps to correct might lead to cardiac symptoms, lung diseases, etc. Once there are nasal polyps you have to go for surgery immediately.

Getting married only to have sex does not seem to be a good decision. At your age it is acceptable to have sexual feelings. Marriage apart from being a great social institution by itself, is also a social approval to have sex with your partner. If you do not want to get married and do not bother about social approval or morality issues then there is no harm in having safe sex before marriage too.

HOME REMEDIES FOR PREMATURE EJACULATION

Technique for longer erection:Pause-squeeze technique –

Begin stimulation of penis until you feel almost ready to ejaculate
Ask your partner squeeze the end of your penis and maintain it for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes
Later ask your partner to release the squeeze. Wait for 30 seconds and go back to foreplay. The squeezing will make the penis less erect but when stimulation is resumed it will soon gain full erection
If you again feel that you are about to ejaculate, ask your partner to repeat the squeeze process
Benefit –After repeating this for many times you will reach a point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, you will learn how to delay ejaculation.


Home remedies for Premature ejaculation :

Shatavari Churna(powder of Asparagus racemosus) – 1 ½ – 2 spoons added to 1 cup of milk, boil for 10-15 minutes, drink twice daily

Almonds – Take 10 almonds, soak them in water and leave them overnight. Peel off their skin and crush them the next morning. Add the crushed almonds, pinch of cardamom powder, pinch of saffron and a pinch of ginger powder to 1 cup hot cow’s milk. Mix the contents thoroughly. Drink this every morning.

Ashwagandha Churna (powder of Withania somnifera) mixed in honey or warm milk twice daily.

1 spoon of onion seed powder mixed in a glass of water before each meal

Powder of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Bala (Sida cordifolia) and Vidari (Pueraria tuberose) – ½ spoon in warm goat’s milk

Chew 2-3 cloves of raw garlic

Green onion seeds – Add one tsp of green onion seeds into a glass of water and stir thoroughly. Drink before every meal.

Ginseng – take ½ spoons after food with warm goat’s milk every day

Kumkuma (saffron) should be consumed with milk

Jatiphala (Myristica fragrans) powder 3-5 grams quantity mixed in milk and made into paste and taken as internal consumption

Take 1 spoon Jambu seeds (Syzygium cumini) powder with milk

Powder of Almonds, pepper, sugar-candy and ginger (equal portions) with milk

Black gram powder and Almonds powder with warm milk

Dates with milk

Massage pubic bone and glans penis before intercourse with Brahmi Ghrita, Shatavari Ghrita and Ashwagandha ghrita (ghrita=medicated ghee)
