Hello maam. It seems that the problem you are facing is due to the inflmation of the filliform papillaes present at the tip of a toungue. It may be due to increased internal body tempreature. Bt there is no need to worry as well as no special treatment is required for it. U just have to drink a lot of water so as to lowere the tempreture and excrete the increased toxic wastes in the system. All you can do is avoid things with an overall warmth providing nature and if possible do a course of multivitamins or B-complex. U will surely feel the relief. Regards.

No details about duration and other symptoms. You may take bed rest, plenty of oral fluid and Paracetamol Tablets 3 times for 2 days. If no relief in two days see your doctor.

Bilkul ban sakte ho. Veerya' loss band karo aur Adhik loss hua hai to dhatu nourishing karna zaroori hai. Food/ herbs aaj khao to veerya' pusht hone me 7 saptah late hai vo bhi agar metabolism Sahi hai to. Nahi to kuchh Adhik time lagta hai. Dhatu nourishing ke liye 'vrushya'and 'balya'herbal combos aavashyak hai. Diet, milk, ghee bhi aavashyak hai.

From the symptoms it seems you may having infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms. Normally one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly. So you can try in consultation with a doctor. It will be alright.

I got my vitamin b-12 reports and it says as follows: decreased levels: -increased demands: preganancy specially during last trimester I dont understand what this means I never had any sexual intercourse with anyone and yes, I do have masturbated at times but what does the report actually mean?

Dear patient, first donot panic about the results, usually indian females have low b-12 and vit-d levels as they donot take nutritive diets, and also they avoid taking milk products in daily routine. First, you should start eating healthy foods, avoid junk which is the major factor of b-12 decifiency, eat seasonal fruits. The Worst Foods for Heartburn

Picture this, you're in a restaurant for a lunch date with your friend. It's a great place and the food is delicious. While you're having a super time, you suddenly start feeling a discomfort in your chest area, and your appetite completely goes down the drain. Chances are that you might be experiencing heartburn.

Heartburn is something which is used in both the literal and metaphorical senses. However, the discomfort it entails means that it is no joking matter and your food intake habits are probably responsible if you suffer from it!

The good thing about heartburn causing foods is that they are easily recognisable, which is quite great. But, they make up a large portion of people's normal diets, which is not as great, as they are hard to refrain from. A few common examples are listed below:

  1. Chocolate: To start off, there is something which is surprisingly a cause for heartburn and is likely to be the cause of a lot of disappointment: chocolate. The sad thing about chocolate is that the key things it is known to cause reflux. Take, for example, cocoa; it is a prime cause for reflux. Also, the caffeine in chocolate as well as something called theobromine is the major culprits of reflux. If a person who loves chocolate seems to be suffering from reflux, he or she knows why now!
  2. Coffee: Talking about caffeine, the automatic suspect that is coffee is deeply guilty, as well! Having coffee once in a while may not cause much harm but making it a habit leads to a person setting himself or herself up for a lot of heartburn.
  3. Soda: Anything which is acidic is not good for reflux but the thing is that most sodas are very acidic! This is also the case when it comes to fruit, though fruit is generally said to be good for the body. Certain types of fruit, like citrus fruit only worsens the effects of heartburn and can cause a whole load of discomfort to the person who eats them.

A lot of the foods, which should be avoided actually have their own health benefits. The case in point is garlic. But, a person should try to have food like cottage cheese or lean chicken, both of which do not cause any heartburn at all. Also, keeping away from food that is fried has a range of benefits from lower consumption of fat, to a reduced risk of cancer as well as a massive drop in heartburn. Deep fried foods should be avoided like the plague!

The rule of the thumb when it comes to the issue of heartburn is that if anything happens to be acidic, it is likely to cause heartburn to be aggravated. As long as a person can keep this in mind as a guiding principle, there is no way that they will be suffering from heartburn any more. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Sir, I have not pass my stool satisfactorily when I am awake in morning I feel pressure and when I go to motion the stool is not passed satisfactorily and after that my stomach is bloated and I feel very irritated and after some time I drink warm water to pass the stool satisfactorily and when pressure is create you again go to motion but again stool not coming satisfactorily. Whole the day I feel that stool is inside my stomach and I do not relax whole day and due to this problem I leave my job I also done so many blood test, endoscopy, ultrasound but all the test are fine I am suffering from that problem for 1 and half year. I also eat so many medicines but nothing benefit of it i request you please give me some advice to cure for this problem.

Hi Lybrate user, the first thing you have to do is to change your life style Wake up at 6 am Drink 2-3glasses of warm water on your empty stomach Then do regular exercise Add more fruits and vegetablea to your diet Stop taking junk, fatty, oily and fried food Eat more fibre containing food Take oats, grains, vegatables and fruits more Drink 2liters of water daily.
