Take paracetamol, plenty of water.Do steam inhalation and warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily.You have to take antibiotic with cough syrup after consulting doctor

There is a patient having nostrils running problem. Whenever he comes in contact with cold. Sometimes cough occurs and causes breathing problems. Sometimes he is unable to sleep properly in night. He is little fat. Sometimes blood pressure occurs high. Sneezing starts and continues.

Hello there I think your friend of s suffering from allergic rhinitis. Tab cetrizine 10 mg taken once daily will relieve his symptoms. For high blood pressure I would suggest to get his BP regularly checked for one week. If it is continuously on the higher side it would need further investigation. I hope that answers your question. If if gastric symptoms are not causing much problem then you may not take medicine. You should take precaution like avoiding spicy food. Gastric problem later may develop into Gastric ulcer.
