Dear Sir/ Mam, Painkillers are available in the form of mouthwash, lozenge, gel or spray. You must consult a physician before taking these. Mouthwash shouldn't be used for more than seven days in a row. Hope for the best. Warm Regards

Is it advisable to extract all four wisdom teeth in one single surgery or it must be done one at a time? Dentist advised us to extract all four in one sitting but we doubt if it would be too painful to handle after the surgery.

It will not be painful to extract all wisdom teeth at once. But tissue handling, bleeding and healing of wound may be issue of concern. But it all depens on your wife's general health status.

The tooth fractured due to the trauma and in the process the nerve of the tooth also died. This dead nerve is food for bacteria. Bacterial growth leads to infection causing pain and swelling. Get in touch with a good dentist and get Root canal treatment done for this tooth.

Sir due to enzymes deficiency in saliva will we have continuous bad breath even after maintaining good oral hygiene.

Sir due to enzymes deficiency in saliva will we have continuous bad breath even after maintaining good oral hygiene.
See if your saliva is thick and ropey, no matter what you do for oral hygiene maintenance, the oral health would degrade and there will be bad breath. Thick saliva increase gum infection, cavities and other soft tissue infection. So you need to once chk it up from a dentist if this is the cause of your problem.

Kindly get scaling done and use gum paint and mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.
