Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things. Upper abdominal pain below the rib cage is due to gastritis. You must regularise and refine your diet. Mid abdominal pain is due to urine or bowel disturbance. Do routine urine and stool tests and treatment will depend on results. Lower abdominal pain can be due to round ligament strain, bladder infection, uterine fibroids, constipation and few other problems for which you need a GYN checkup and ultrasound. Visit to a doctor can settle up the issue once and for all, because many a times pain during pregnancy may be nonspecific, and you only need reassurance.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

This is dhatuksheenta or prameha. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

Hello- It seems you are suffering from two disorders, first is Balanitis (swelling of tip of the penis) so your fore skin is causing problem during retraction, second is early ejaculation. This may be due to following seasons- -Unsafe sex in past. -Excessive masturbation. -Intake of alcohol, spicy diet in excess. -Suffering from hyper acidity or other digestion problems. -As a complication of diabetes/hypertension. It is claimed to increase platelet count but still controversial, hence you can take it with other measures it should be clear to you in all viral fever platelet count decreases but not lime dengue, in case of dengue platelet count below 20,000 is after of concern because bleeding may start which may be fatal. So you should take following precaution 1 alert for any rashes 2bleeding from gum nose or profuse bleeding after mild injury. Rush to hospital because you might be suffering from Haemmoregic dengue. In which platelet infusion is must. Otherwise you take a. Only crocin for fever and pain b.plenty of water c. Anar juice d. Milk e folate rich food f. Pappy leaf extract g.alovera juice h wheatgrass juice this all will invrease platelet count.

Yes. It is probably bacterial vaginitis. It is advisable that your partner consults a gynaecologist personally, get examined and start treatment. Till then abstain from vaginal intercourse.

As per your symptoms it seems your headache is due to refractive error of eyes. Symptoms of migrane are usually one sided with an aura which may last for more than 24 hours and also there is a pulsatile feeling.
