Pimple in the pelvic region generally heal on its own. Simply use warm water to wash and do not use soap. Pat skin dry and use Clotrimazole on the area.

Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It?s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin A rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Additionally, sports activities like basketball, football and swimming are also beneficial for increasing height. Yoga is also very effective and is considered to be one of the best exercise to increase height after 18 years. Yoga can?t change your genes but it can give you a good posture. When you stand straight without slouching you automatically look tall. Suppose, you sit at a desk for a long time, your spine gets a slight curvature and the shoulders appear round. This doesn?t mean your bones are deformed but the muscles supporting the bones become lax and stretched out to a point that body assumes the posture that you are most comfortable in. So even when you stand you are slouching that makes you look shorter. Yoga can?t change your skeletal growth but it can surely give you good posture and alignment that makes you look tall. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any querries inform me..

Hold it, not so fast to give up on life. You are so young and have a whole life ahead of you and yet thinking so negatively. You must be seriously depressed. But do not give up hope. There are so many things to do. First, visit a counselor and discuss your problem at length. If necessary take your parents and your entire developmental history from prenatal days till today. Also it would help if you took your family history from your grandparents onwards. The counselor will help identify the origins and give you a series of things to do. If your depression is really severe, that person may suggest a doctor? s visit too. Now cooperate with both of the therapies for the best results, for a substantially long time. Do not discontinue the counseling, if you are on medication. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. Don? t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. You are young and you can do it with some commitment.

Dear to decrease fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 6. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Me and my girlfriend had sex on july 31st 2016 without safety however I did not ejaculated sperms inside (her periods date was also on the same day only but they didn't came on that day) and on the very next day she got her periods normally. After that she got her periods normally for next 2 months I.e. Aug 31 nd sep 31st but for the month Oct 31st" 16 she still (Nov 7th 2016) didn't had her periods. Your girlfriend shouts while inserting penis in vagina. I advise you to do foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes first before going for sex. This will loose her vagina. Follow this and give feedback.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. ------------------------ 9. Non vegetarian foods--------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:---- 1. Red meat ------ 2. Pork, ------ 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, or tuna every day.------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.- 5. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.-------- 6. Whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.--------

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as'hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of dht (di- hydro -testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (there are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, scarring alopecia, traction alopecia, etc.) causes of hairloss: many factors are responsible formation of this dht or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. (n. B: with the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of hair transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - cbc, s. Iron, s. Folic acid, s. Ferritin, s. Calcium, s. Vitamin d3, s. Vitamin b12. If there is any family history of thyroid dysfunction, get thyroid function test done as well.
